Roing mein milega. Roing se around 20 km b ek hai but not to be trusted. Than you will get petrol pump in Anini. Chote chote dukans mein black mein milte hai but if you do full tank at Roing, you should be able to reach Anini without any refill

There are multiple wingers or bus plying from Tinsukia to Roing. You will get morning and afternoon as well. They usually starts from ASTC bus Station. From Roing to Anini, Regular Sumos are plying in the morning. There are multiple counters in Roing. You can go to Roing Market and enquire

September to February is good time to visit Anini . There could be Homestay in between but I would suggest you directly head towards Anini.

It only shows Itanagar as a destination, not Roing. Is bus service available in and around Dibrugarh Airport?
@Jsthi there is no service from Dibrugarh airport to Roing. You can take Taxi up to Tinsukia and get winger from there also.

Morning 4 o’clock is okay.
In winter season November how long it takes to reach Anini from Roing?
Time taken will be 11-13 hrs depending on your speed.Since roads are zig-Zag, it is advised to drive slower

Can i go dibrugarh to dibang valley in one day if i stsrt from dibrugarh at 5 am?
Yes. It’ll be slightly hectic. I have Aalo done that and it took me 16 hrs but avoid travelling in rainy season

It will cost around 4K-5K per day depending on which type vehicle you choose. Best would be scorpio and otherwise bolero. Innova is also good option.

Road is under construction. The distance from Roing to Anini is close to 250 Kms. Around 100 Kms are narrow stretches but road is good.

Roing to Itanagar will take 6-8 hrs depending on your speed. However, road is entirely plain and in good condition
