Harmless Hugs presents the fourth edition of Tarang - Delhi International Queer Theatre & Film Festival (DIQTFF) 2018 along with High Commission of Canada, India HIV/AIDS Alliance, Humsafar Trust, Asmita Theatre Group as its Cultural Partner, Ketto as its Exclusive Fundraising Partner, Doodloo by Niharika as Designing partner, Miss Woomaniya, The Qknit and LGBT Events India as its Social Media Partners. The festival is scheduled for December 1 and 2 at Pearey Lal Bhawan, ITO, New Delhi.
