Dane has the SEXIST stare in the library scene!
So glad I wasn't the only one haha
He is literally one of the most interesting and attractive men in Hollywood. Lucien is my favorite character... by far.
SEXIST STARE
Oh God …. Yes!! 🫠
I couldnt stop laughing at the way he drank his coffee or whatever.. UGH HES SO CUTE
I hate fan girling but it's so true, his voice & smile makes me smile omg!!
He NEEDS to play David Bowie in a movie.
Dane Dehaan has a daughter name Bowie
He's an inspiration. What a great and talented guy. Nice to see good, strong, serious actors in hollywood. It's about time
wake up... DDL, Joaquin Phoenix, Jesse Eisenberg, Michael. C. Hall and Michael Fassbender.... Tom Hardy Obvoiusly.....
Leonardo Dicaprio?
He looks 20, shocked when I knew his real age
He is like 31 now and, nothing really changed whaAat
He just had another baby recently!
How old is he now?
@@user-il5hf7vp9k just turned 36 and he still looks like he is in his early twenties. I’m 2 years younger and I kinda feel jealous 🤣
he deserv an oscar nom!
Did anyone else laugh at the beginning, he looks like he has no idea the camera's there. I love him x)
I always imagined Fane to be one of those really extroverted playboy kinda guys because he has them killer looks, but in all his interviews he's so sweet and cute and shy and it just melts my heart. He's just too gorgeous.
He should have been nominated for two movies last year. This movie and The Place Beyond The Pines!
I love the way he talks
His performance was blowing my mind and killing me on the inside, I just can't!
He has the sexiest smile on this planet.
you probably dont care but if you guys are stoned like me during the covid times then you can stream pretty much all the latest movies on InstaFlixxer. Been binge watching with my girlfriend for the last weeks :)
@Sullivan Cullen yup, I have been using InstaFlixxer for months myself :)
@Sullivan Cullen yea, been watching on instaflixxer for months myself =)
so talent. much acting.
Dude rocked it in 'In Treatment' and 'Place Beyond the Pines'. He was even good in Life After Beth, not many actors could have pulled off that role the way he did.
I think his performance in in treatment was my favorite on of his. Kill your darlings is a close second though.
He played “Jesse” really good! I love him as “Jesse” and “Harry Osborn/Green gobling jr.”. He has that boyish charm that makes him perfect for the psycopathic characters.
His smile makes my heart melt..
He should have played young voldemort
Dying the hair darke and yes! I can see it!
omg yes
23:20, the way he lickes his lips ...Oh my...
Nina Paulie tell me about it
The audio is so satisfying! (or is it just Dane's voice?)
Reminds me bit of Leonardo Dicaprio looks
yeah me too
Nino Kakabadze Exactly.. :)
I was just about to say that!
it's one of my favourite Dane's interviews EVER. so thoughtful and calm and insightful
good job DP/30!
I don't know how many times I watched "Jesse" episodes of In Treatment. Amazing job. And being a huge Beat Generation fan can not wait to see Kill Your Darlings.
he acts very well and he seems to actually like it, and respects his characters
His voice!
I'm obsessed with him. Thank you for this amazing interview!
The best actor of his generation. I love him so much!!
He's so talented! Great to see that he's getting all these great opportunities while still so young.
I love him so much ^.^ just so adorably cute and a very smart and mature personality ^.^
His voice is so beautiful. Lucien Carr in his performance is very mesmerizing and extraordinary!
DeHaan is going places. I'm excited for his future projects
I'm sorry, I just, I just need to point out that, I don't think the interviewer understood the movie.
I noticed on his interviews that he always stares on the floor whenever he speaks. Still cute tho.
he looks like kind of mixture of dicaprio and river phoenix.
And Bowie! (when he smiles💓)
Noah Ebnar add for a male version of Emma Stone and Sarah Snook
It's amazing how time flies when Dane talks 😍
He have this angel face, so angelic and beautiful. Also, He is smart and I love this interview. . .
yup. 30 min of dane dehaan still isn't enough
The ring on his left hand makes me feel weird... He looks like his only 20, and surprisingly he already married!
He was in his mid-late twenties 7 years ago 😊 He’s 36 now.
He always looks so devious 😊 like how he was in spider man
Khalil Edwards I thought you said delicious 😂😂😂😂 I was like what??
Ugh his voice.
and here I thought I was the only one that obsesses over his voice.
his voiceeeeeeeeeeeeee ughhhhh
kelly kwong HIS VOICE YEEEEHAWWWWWJEINWNWKQKSHFIKDKEKWQJOAAODNFJFKFRJRRBENWKLQLISFUTBTBEMQLOFG
Yeah it's sexy
Very deep and very lovely :)
Beautiful Eyes and Great Voice
It’s such a shame that he isn’t more recognized! He has such a naturel talent. I know he’s a huge family man, but still… he should be given more acting jobs!
For the new James Dean film they should have really gone for James Franco has his portrayal of him a few years ago was exceptional. This guy would be a great David Bowie!!!
yeah pretty much , one of my favorite upcoming star too
MUY BUEN ACTOR!!!
He's such a babe.
Yasssssss he's lovely anna lucky
great actor, really looking forward to what he will makes.
p.s. he could be Daryl's younger brother or younger self.
He plays harry osborn in the amazing spiderman 2
wow a youtube comment that *prevents* spoilers!? This is probably the only time I'm actually glad I looked at the comments before watching. Thanks!
Hate to be "that guy", and even though it is a true story, and the information IS out there, there's discussion of a big spoiler for the film from 19:00 - 19:46 . Happy viewing!
Soooo talented and fine as heck
they should make another beat movie when Lucien Carr and David Kammerer first met
honestly as much as i would love that it’s sort of near impossible. Dane had trouble figuring out what to do with the character because after lucien got out of prison he was a whole new person, the only thing that they had was allen’s diaries from that time/experience to sort of see what lucien was like (and even that wasn’t enough, plus the fact that david died and he didn’t write). So making characters from years prior is impossible. Like i said the only thing we learned about lucien and david were from allen’s diaries, so making a movie only based on david and lucien from years prior when allen didn’t know them is impossible.
12:44 but he loves complicated:)
his smile...
what are those black spots on his arm? a tattoo? 0-0
Does he have sinusitis because I have the same voice and it's very difficult to breadth and I understand why he talk so slowly.
The most handsome man in cinema ever ❤❤❤❤
chronicle!!
chronicle is dope
i mean i kinda disagree with danes point. in the movie lucien says “he’s a professor working as a janitor so he can be near his precious lulu. he’s a god damn fruit who won’t let me go” i don’t think that lucien’s point in killing david was that he was gay but you still see a little bit of it in there throughout. In the end allen really figures it all out when he goes to david’s apartment, that’s why he wrote that letter and lucien got upset. He didn’t want anyone seeing it because one, he didn’t want to be in jail for the rest of his life, and two, he didn’t want anyone knowing. that’s why he was so iffy about his feelings for allen. Yes he knew he was gay but it was almost like he didn’t want to be. Lucien literally got married to a woman and had 3 kids, while allen was a lgbt activist. so yeah i do kind of disagree because dane is saying that the the ONLY reason he didn’t want to be with david was because he was growing up and it became overbearing.
19:42 'I don't think he killed David because he was gay' is it just me or did Dane look like he was gonna burst out laughing as soon as he said that 😂
being in the upcoming spiderman sequel will skyrocket his career even further. what a bonus!
I like that movie it's sad when he dies Andrew
Dane Dehaan would be a amazing Joker if they made a Joker movie based on Killing joke.
Hi Andrew what's up
Good
14:00 does he have a tattoo on his arm?
yeah a very small one
it says 'i do'
This interviewer is awful omg. He probably didn't even watch the movie and he definitely didn't understand some of Dane's points lol
They really zoomed into his face😂
Dane DeHaan looks like Emma Stone, Emma Stone looks like Dane DeHaan
21:50 mark
He always seem really stoned. Pinned eyes as well. And the voice is about as natural as Elizabeth Holmes`.
the sodium lights lol nah that’s just him
I’ve never seen a stoned person being so present as Dane is and I grew up with drug addicts! So no he is difinitely not stoned. He looks tired though and he naturally has bags under his eyes - even in movies.
"cool little" OMGZZZ XDD
We would have been a better Peter Parker instead of Harry Osborn
correct
bobbyw223 hehe
Omg he is really funny person, love from Russia
ANDREW!!!!!!!!!!
dane mmmmm 😚😚
Do/30:Andrew
his liquid eyes.😍
he looks to LEONARDO DI Caprio
Okay, I guess he is a little slow.. but it's ok, he still convey his character..
Gollum is a handsome man.
Honestly the interview was great but I don't like the interviewer, when he's talking about certain contents in the interview like the gay sex scene. He says one thing and then the other, it's highly confusing. Otherwise good interview with Dane.
Yes, a big spoiler at that time
Can't wait for spider man 2
why does he always look ill
Boy, he could be Leonardo Dicaprios younger brother.
he looks like a cross between a young leo dicaprio and gollum
Andrewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
He would have been far superior to Nick Robinson in 'Love, Simon'.
Lmao... headass comment
He sounds like he got a blocked nose lol
Is Dane de haan purposely underplaying the horrible nature of the relationship his character was in (grooming/ pedophilia... Kammerer was more than a decade his senior and met Lucien when he was in his preteens as a teacher) because he doesn’t want that aspect of the dynamic to scare potential viewers of the movie away or because he honestly doesn’t understand a fundamental aspect of why the character he played killed another person? Because it’s curious that’s not brought up when talking specifically about his character and the characters motivations. And because with or without context, the movie itself doesn’t shy away (though it doesn’t shed as much light as perhaps it should) from showcasing that it’s a little more screwed up than the ‘relationship that lucien cherished’ as Dane decides to put it here more than once...
