Visionary, I can't believe only four comments. Great to hear conversation on climate change. Love Normans designs. A creator of beauty and functional solutions.

I probably thank for Norman foster because they designed Amaravati . At present there is a lot of problems when they are designing a city in terms of environment but Norman foster had designed Amaravati not a single problem that would occur thanks to Norman foster

For the benefit of those high school kids interested in this profession, there is rampant fallacy held by people including myself before I entered architecture school that architects are technical people in traditional STEM sense in addition to working with aesthetics but that is complete false. Architecture education in US is 99% humanities discipline i.e. art, history and english with virtually no science classes to receive a diploma.

    "Learn to build with less..."
    sounds like origami...
What can a 8.5" x 11" sheet of papet become?
    See the ordinary...as extraordinary!

What a shame to think that this huge ornate and surprising universe does not have an architect and a standing person while he is the architect of the offices, bridges, structures and works he drew ... This must be the greatest ignorance, even if the universities have finished
