They tried very hard to make this house (to use your word) "prestigious", but the explosion of wallpaper is just over the top. Even a wallpapered kitchen backsplash! By HGTV standards, this place is also dated. It's a lovely house in its way, but I suspect the the new owner will want to make some substantial renovations.
