Ingredients:
Coriander Seeds-1/4 Cup/18 Grams
Pepper Corn-1 Tbsp/6 Grams
Cumin seeds-1/2 Tbsp/2 Grams
Garlic Cloves-10
Onion-7
Tomato-1/2 (Large)
Oil-1/2 Tbsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 Tsp
Fennel seeds-1/2 Tsp
Onion-5 (small)
Curry Leaves-2 sprig
Dried red Chili-4 (Large)
Asafoetida-1/2 Tsp
Tamarind-30 Grams (add 1/3 Cup/80 Ml water)
Salt to your taste
Water-5 Cups/1 Liter & 175 ML
Boil it for 15 Mins
Second Rasam Ingredients:
Black Pepper Corns-1 Tbsp/6 Grams
Cumin Seeds-1/2 Tbsp Or 2 Grams
Garlic Cloves-8
Water-590 ML /2 1/2 Cups
Tomato-2 (Large)
Oil-1 1/2 Tsp
Mustard Seeds-1/2 Tsp
Fennel seeds-1/2 Tsp
Cumin Seed-1/2 Tsp
Dried red Chili-4 (Large)
Small Onion-5
Curry Leaves-2 sprig
Asafoetida-1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/8 Tsp
Salt to your taste
Coriander leaves-25 Grams
Boil It for 15 Mins

Princy, in tamilnadu we dont allow the rasam to boil for longer time... when the broth forms it's done. 😊pls post beetroot curry sinhala style. Also, pudalangai curry. Truly appreciate your passion for cooking. Keep rocking.
