I don't know why exactly it is "Europe" only but to be honest they struggle with publishing it across the various parts of Europe, with different release dates and prices across Europe...even for countries within the EU. This makes me think the would struggle to successfully publish it across the USA!! But what do I know !!
@@thebrickcruncher thankfully we have it where i live, but i noticed some grocery stores stopped having them. you'll mostly find them at newspaper places with a wider palette
Yes it can be frustrating but this is only the 2nd Emperor Palpatine that has come with the magazine, the first one was in 2021. The 2024 paper bag has the most recent version from the Throne Room Diorama so I personally don't mind the duplication...it's always good to see how the minifigure designs have improved over time.

@MuddyM1ke14 I'm 100% sure it will be worth the wait! The Palpatine Minifigure is excellent if you don't have it already.
