Full Day Out in Pakse (Laos) 🇱🇦

What we got up to in this video...
Welcome to Pakse in Laos! We loved Pakse adventuring around on the scooter for the day travelling to Vat Phou Temple and also to the Golden Buddha! We could easily stay in this part of Laos for longer but unfortunately we were trying to squeeze in so much in so little time we could only spend one full day here exploring.
We got up and took the scooter to Vat Phou which is a huge complex of Hindu temple ruins. It was easy to get to by scooter it was around 50 mins from Pakse city centre. The walk around the grounds were great and you get some EPIC views from the top. We then left here to stop off at the very large Golden Buddha on the top of the hill that faces over Pakse, our plan was to watch the sunset but we got stuck in a very big storm so we decided to head back to our hotel for some dinner.
We would recommend staying here for like 2-3 full days as we here there are many waterfalls to explore and we were gutted we didn’t have time to do this.
