It is bummed out that our Harasawa lost the game with Lukáš, but I am so happy he got Tokyo 2020 Gold medal by Ippon!!
Unfortunately we can watch the games only on TV, however I was impressed his power and technique!

Ahoj, kde najdu přenos z olympiády v Tokiu 2021, nevíte? Chci ten zápas vidět celej..
Mimochodem, tomu yoko otoshi, který gasimov pořád zkoušel, řekl českej komentátor kata guruma. Ještě jsem neviděl nic, co by se míň podobalo kata gurumě. Hezká vizitka.
To máš pravdu,ale ten komentátor říká špatně každej druhej chvat.

I'm not a practitioner of fan of Judo, and I've got to say, it makes no sense to me.
basically you want to throw you opponent down to his back with technique and force. make him land on as many body points as possible each shoulder and side of hip is a point equaling out to 4 body points. you earn 1/4 a point if he lands on 2 body points. 1/2 if he lands on 3 points and a full point if all 4. it only takes 1 point to win. you can also earn points by holing you opponent on his back for a certain amount of time.
basically. you throw your opponent on his back hard enough and flat enough. you win. if not perfect hold him down.

Krpalek is just a physically imposing man. Judo was intended to be of strong use for people of any size, but let’s face it: being large AND having really great technique and athleticism puts him head and shoulders above most. Literally. Get him against a guy his level of competence in that sport who’s half his size, sorry but he’s most likely gonna end their career.
