I'd recommend using a monitor arm and placing the base of the monitor arm to either the left or right side of the table, that should move the weight of the monitor from the middle which seems to be a weak point to the left or right side which is much stronger.

If you ever plan on changing your desk in the future~ I suggest having one customized made from "Paolochina" wood~ there are a lot of shops around that does that, just give them your desired size and design (the simpler the better)

kai i know a great desk you can use the ergonofis sway desk it has diffrent sizes diffrent colors and you can also adjust the height of the desk which is cool (it is a bit expensive tho)

Nice setup. I just got back into gaming and I found a used GXP Superlight for $76 shipped and works perfectly but I went down the switches rabbit hole and got modded switches off aliexpress. Again they were super cheap and works so no complaints. So if you're not afraid of buying used tech than you could really come up a great deal.

If you want an EVE Spectrum, but you can't get one (obvious reasons), that Xiaomi 2K 165Hz monitor is the goat.

You never regret a expensive windows laptop in the first few month, but after a little time the windows quality kicks in xd (+10 years experience with design, editing, 3D)
we had the same table, bought another one though now an L-shaped. my old table though was wobbly.
i really think like this. i have fully smart home. when you have smart home devices and lots of it. google home is a must. but when you just want to have it for a reason. i think it is useless. and i have many keyboards. now around 12 keyboards. i think you need to try all the layout. it is always good to try alice layout and even split layout or 40%.
Aint no way, I just bought my Legion 5 Pro and it arrives this week. You set up is an amazing inspiration to me. I'll also buy the Logitech G pro, it looks sooo good
Update: I bought the G305, almost 4 times cheaper and it is a beast.

You can ask a finishing carpenter to change that table top to the length and width you want, or just place a very well finished 25mm thk. plywood ( your choice size) on top with just 4 screws.

use an moniter arm would help your desk so clean, an easy to use
Yo was good Kai , so I wanted to give u a bit of an advice to upgrading it , so if you don’t need the second monitor you could go to display settings and only display it at the monitor rather than displaying it on both , then go to power settings and set that when u close the lid it does nothing , so from there you could close the lid of the laptop and enjoy the monitor alone , but if you for example don’t use the laptop screen while gaming m you could press win+p that will bring up project settings , so you can quickly change whether u want the display of the laptop duplicated , extended , or even off , I recommend you turn it off as it will give you more performance if you only leave the monitor screen on and the laptop’s screen off , thank for the banger content , ALSO I TOTALLY AGREE WITH 3:09BRO SO RELIABLE
