The whole concept of Phil sitting there laughing incessantly was one of my favorite things about that show. Goofing on the sitcom neighbor who inexplicably shows up unannounced and gets involved in their business, spewing catch phrases. So funny, Tom’s a comedic genius in my book.
Seeing that quick flash of the love line graphic followed by the intro triggered high school era flashbacks so intense that my hair was spiked with frost-tips when I regained consciousness.
There's a dude that has been remastering every episode for the last few years, if you're interested in listening. Dude's name is Superfan Giovanni, and the show is still just as relevant
I was like 14. This was the perfect nonsensical humor for me. And I used to eat this up 😂😂 I think one of the biggest things that made Tom hilarious to me was that he was like that SPECIAL kind of annoying- that annoying that doesn't make you hate the person, but the kind of annoying that you can't help but laugh at. And you're almost disappointed in yourself for finding him funny 😂😂 So juvenile- such great entertainment ❤️❤️I can now see why my parents would see me watching this and think it's stupid lmao- but I mean, its dumb in a funny and entertaining and clean way. My favorite is 4:45 LMAO "My arms are crossed 🎵🎵 My arms ARENT crossed anymore!🎶🎶lmao it sounded so intentional instead of improvised off the cuff 😂
The funniest one is where tom takes him to that womans house to demonstrate a mop or something and phil wont quit laughing so tom starts impersonating his laugh and the woman is like...wtf
Tom got so lucky growing up with these gems of humans, they are almost naturally funny just because of their idiosyncrasies and strange behaviors, they were the perfect cohosts for this show lol
You're doing God's work with these Tom Green shows. I recorded a shitton on VHS. But there were quite a few I didn't have. I haven't seen some of these since they first aired. edit: Glenn losing his shit on Phil, "what's your problem!?" had me dying.
This episode is THE BEST !!! I Absolutely Love that Glenn , Phil & Tom are really in this episode alot. I Don't get to see Phil enough on the show but in this full episode I'm happier about that. I Love seeing & hearing Phil Laugh - because it makes me happy & laugh too. 👍🏻
I barked out laughing my ass off at 13 years old watching this all the time back then, what a classic show. My stomach never hurt so much from laughing.
We used to have this episode on VHS and watched it over and over. Tom is a genius and can tap into that part of your brain that wants to see chaos and randomness and people not knowing how to react to it
I've been looking for this bear vs. cougar argument for YEARS. Thank you so much for uploading this. I wanna know the answer to the eternal debate, who would win? What do you guys think?
I've been looking for the penny segment for ages, I remember this episode so vividly like it was yesterday. the whole thing with bringing Phil to the front was brilliant, I laughed my ass off to this as a kid
5:42 The CAR BRA!!!!!!!!!!! Man I haven't seen that in years!!!! Totally forgot they made those for vehicle's to protect front bumper from stone chips. Ugly as hell. I would rather collect stone chips than put a BRA on my car LMFAO... Thank God they don't make that anymore LOL
I remember watching this show in 2000... I pissed myself with laughter... I was still a teen refusing to become a young adult... I was going to college and didn´t even do drugs... And I agree with Glenn that a bear would destroy a cougar... hahahaha.
game of thrones solved this question in episode montain and the viper...the bear wins by pretending its dead and then punching said cougar right in the head before bashing brains in
People are making bits like the singer on the street today thinking they are doing something new. Well.. Tom did everything that`s on SoMe today 25+ years ago.

When I see modern prank shows on CZcams, I don't think they are funny. Plus they seem to aim more harm at people. Tom was usually making himself the fool. Most people would laugh, while some would get annoyed. The only time I thought he crossed the line was with his parents.
i love how the humor is n some way very like low brow or whatever but they are all tech geeks that r actually very intelligent. I feel like the under the radar intelligence comes quite thru tho and is quintessential to the humor

Badass, that’s some dedication! thanks for the recommendation! @@jimlthor
It always cracked me up seeing Phil sitting in the back sipping coffee and laughing.
That's my Aunt Carrie who Tom is sing to "on.a date with my wife"!

This show was so over the top and outrageous. and I loved every minute of it!
Such a great episode & man I’m so happy you found this again. Can’t stop laughing & these 3 clicked so well on the show
Ive waited 20 years for this. You are the best
I looked away for a second and when I looked back at 11:26 I thought it was the dogs nose under the garage door!
Working on the Tom Green show must have been both a lot of fun and a bunch of insanity 😂
Tom Green was years ahead of everyone trying to stop the Russian army... well, they finally made it past his wall.
If Glen is asking you "what's your problem!?", you got problems lol.
I barked out laughing my ass off at 13 years old watching this all the time back then, what a classic show. My stomach never hurt so much from laughing.

In one ep they had a cardboard cutout of Phil with the coffie, they used it during his absense.
lol Tom in stitches while Phil is talking about the cougars

Phil has me convinced. I think a cougar could take a bear
I have always wondered what Phil's job was
I haven't seen a rain bonnet in decades
MC Face: ''Phil Giroux do tha laugh you do''

That peanut butter bit was incredible. Nobody in the world could have pulled that bit off as natural as Tom Green did
Man...red hot chilie peppers, ratam ,beck? Spankin'

This show kicked social acceptability in the butt!

I love Tom Green
Does anyone know where the episode is where Phil is laughing constantly when this old cow is doing her song for her husband who was in jail?
5:16 Oh my God how I remember orange soda lady.
I never heard Phil’s voice until today.
People are making bits like the singer on the street today thinking they are doing something new. Well.. Tom did everything that`s on SoMe today 25+ years ago.

game of thrones solved this question in episode montain and the viper...the bear wins by pretending its dead and then punching said cougar right in the head before bashing brains in
Phil Guy-Rocks
Man thats mike Stoklasa before he got "big" eh?
The good ol days. When you could say shit on tv and nobody would get offended. Now, this would be canceled

Laughing dude looks like skinny Mike Stoklasa.
Phil Gi-Roux

That's what I was wondering
Ah yeah...the memories
Did Phil work for Novo Nordisk?
Quality tv
I think putting gross pennies in his mouth gave Tom ball cancer
Phil. The precursor to Rich Evans.
What a bad idea but glad it existed
great
Where did all the time go? 😢
When I see modern prank shows on CZcams, I don't think they are funny. Plus they seem to aim more harm at people. Tom was usually making himself the fool. Most people would laugh, while some would get annoyed. The only time I thought he crossed the line was with his parents.
Where was the grocery store where Tom built his wall located?
Earth.
i love how the humor is n some way very like low brow or whatever but they are all tech geeks that r actually very intelligent. I feel like the under the radar intelligence comes quite thru tho and is quintessential to the humor
