I was crying right along with you. When all the professors show up, when Professor Figs returns to help... all of it. Don't ever feel bad about that. Being able to do that for fictitious characters is more common than we like to think and it just means you are capable of deep empathy because you can imagine how someone else must feel just as you can imagine it with a hypothetical character in a scenario.
All good things must come to an end, I guess I'll go back to episode one and rewatch them over again.
Please do another play through as another house or something. I’ve enjoyed watching these videos so much! Don’t want them to end:(:(

38:30 The symbols that were glowing were the ones which the shadow was pointing towards. The movable pedestals emitted light and the central object casts a shadow, so you make the shadows of the two objects face the symbols you want to glow. If you look at the door you can see the shadow on the door as well, you were so fixated on putting the pedestals at the symbols and never noticed the shadows on the ground

The only difference in our playthrough is that I could not send Sebastian to Azkaban. Living with the guilt of what he had done was more fitting. Oddly enough, I made that decision in all my playthroughs for each house.
I discovered your channel because of Hogwarts Legacy and I'm so happy I did. I looked forward to these gameplays every day and It's sad to see it end. I do know you played other games on this channel and I need to check them out as well. I'm glad you enjoyed the ending because I sure did.

Your hogwarts legacy playthrough has been a joy to watch. I really hope you do more playthroughs of this on your channel (especially an evil one), I'm on my 2nd playthrough now and can't believe all the new things I've found
It feels like such a journey from watching your play through since last month!
One of my main criticisms about the story is many characters are killed way too soon. I just wish we could learn more about many characters and see their arc over the story. So far I only feel like the three companions (Sebastian, Natty, and Poppy) have decent amount of story, with Sebastian being the most impressive due to the moral dilemma and your own choices. I just wish we could learn more about characters who're killed so soon, such as Lodgok (details about him and his brother), Victor (what's his motives? and what happened when he and Ranrok teamed up?), Richard (more about Anne Thisbe, as we never got to solve her case with Helen), and Solomon (did he hate Sallow twins' parents? what exactly did he do to a dark wizard that he decided to retire?), etc
As for Richard Jackdaw and Anne Thisbe's case, I think one can assume that Richard Jackdaw wanting to meet the retired Auror lady (descendent of former Minister of Magic Elritch Diggory) would implicitly help close the case since he can help testify that Anne didn't murder him if the wizarding world take ghosts as witness.

I've always wondered what NPCs think when they player completely ignores the storyline to go on a looting spree or when the player is staring into space because the streamer is explaining stuff.
RPG mechanics meets real life I guess. I do still remember a deus ex game where if you go through the other company employee offices looting stuff there's an email later in the game talking about the office thief.

Im only on part 15 of your playthrough and havent watched this one yet. However it has been a pleasure experiencing you and your playthrough of this game for the first time. You seem to be a really genuinely nice person with a blessed personality. I think I speak for most people here when I say this is something we all are going to remember.
What an amazing finale... This was a second journey for me, since I haven't started my second playthrough. Congratulations, and don't be ashamed to show those emotions, we all felt that way. This was a whole beautiful experience.
I think that the cloak she is wearing to finish out the main quest is a great companion to Professor Rackham's robes which would be ironic because it all started with him and his ability to see traces of ancient magic and set this whole thing up! And now she resembles him slightly (but no funky hat haha)
Thank you Miranda for a wonderful playthrough, I've laughed, cried and screamed at the screen HEAL, HEAL during you playthrough. Didn't I tell you those offspring were so damn cute, my Fwooper offspring came out bright green so I named him Sprout because he looks like a little fluffy brussel sprout. I agree the ending was very emotional and sad but also appropriate. Not gonna lie if I was that age in that school I'd have a crush on Professor Garlick (I like redheads). I'm almost done with my 2nd playthrough as the bad playthrough but when I say bad it wasn't evil I just made people pay extra for everything, although I did keep that young students gobstones and a diricawl called Roccoco and the woman said "I hope she pecks your eyes out" I nearly died laughing. I will definitely look forward to your playthroughs of other games and am so very glad I found your channel through this magnificent game. All the best to you and Toby 😊

Currently I live in Detroit and I will be 60 this year. They say age is just a number but when you have access to this, the seasons the decorations the minut details that only in this environment it's just so easy to get lost and feed your inner child!

I so enjoyed this and glad I found you because of Hogwarts. You have a new fan, be it I'm an old lady (65+), but still a kid at heart. I've played Fortnite for the last several years, then tried Red Dead (will now watch your videos on that) but, this is the game I've been waiting for. No way I'll have your fighting skills but I'll do easy play and maybe make it somehow. ;-) You are a true southern Ohio gal like me and who cares that we cry. It's endearing, I tell myself. I worked 30+ years and retired so now it's my time and I love to play games when I'm not doing my hobby of family genealogy. Everyone has that "crazy" Auntie who has no kids, and I fit that to a T. Either I talk genealogy, gaming and sometimes politics (heaven forbid). Oh, and that's Zeus my rescue you see. God Bless, I look forward to watching all your content past and future. Hi, At 5:23. If the plant your looking at, has got tiny star shaped flowers on it. Its Baby's Breath. You can get Baby's Breath wiith different coloured flowers.

I wish the Herbology professor and the headmaster also joined the battle. Surely Headmaster Black has some love for his role deep deep down somewhere in his heart.
I wish Proffesor Garlick was there too. However I really wish Natsai, Sébastien and Poppy had shown up with the professors for the final fight as well.

The music is carrying the emptional weight of this game so much it makes my cry even when I didn't like this story.
What the Naimh says it’s true about shadow without light. Balance is everything and w/o it, it would lead to chaos in the extreme.

I know it has been like a year since this game came out but I just want to say thank you. Thank you a million times for this series !!! As someone who couldn't play the game upon release and all the playthroughs I watched None of them were from a Hufflepuff POV I just.. I can't thank you enough truthfully! I felt like this was my playthrough (but so much better because I would've died a million times And I couldn't have been able to face the horrifying spiders honestly). It just felt so honest and so real and I loved watching you get so excited about the story as I was when I first watched a stream on it. I wish yours was the first series I watched but I'm glad that I found it right now because you have kept me company through some kind of hard days, so, again, thank you Miranda ♡ ALSO !! YOUR ROOM OF REQUIREMENT !!! When you said "Wait, can I make everything pink?" I just felt like I peaked at life. You and I my friend, seem to be one soul in two different bodies. I discovered your channel through this game and I gotta say, you have become my favourite gamer youtube. It is quite hard for me to find gamers that I like but you just made this playthrough so enjoyable and brought back all of the nostalgia about the wizarding world I've felt growing up with Harry Potter

In the opening scene of the game, in this episode, when the bright light shines on Miranda Lorian's hair, i thought it was Lucius Malfoy from behind.😁
Do we actually see Ranrok dead? I thought he was moving (an arm or hand) just slightly; and if he is/was still alive, we don't see him arrested. Makes me pause and wonder if we'll see him again in a sequel. I also watched the credits in full: the team did a phenomenal job. I simply don't play games (other than Star Trek Online) so HL is an exception. I hope you do more playthroughs and video them -- as a viewer and a HP fan it's a way for me to continue living in the Wizarding World. What I mean is, there's only so much one can do in real life to live a fantasy -- there's Universal Studios (Orlando for me), cosplay with a robe (Ravenclaw in my case), drink butterbeer, walk around Diagon Alley, but at the end of the day it ends. So Hogwarts Legacy helps the fantasy continue. It has introduced me to a community of others like-minded fans, and it feels good. Anyway, I hope you do keep your vivariums up-to-date and hope that becomes another potential topic for video content. Good videos and enjoyable. Thank you and take care.

It would be cool if they made a sequel to this game where we played as our character, but older. Perhaps giving us a choice of some different careers we would've followed such as an auror, professor, etc that influence the story/characters in some way the way the different houses did in this one. Maybe even having characters from this game, fellow students, that show up as adults. It would be very interesting to see Poppy, Natty, and others all grown up!
I loved your playthrough, truly was the most enjoyable play I found and I'm so glad I did as I subsequently subscribed to enjoy more of your content! The different elements of the game was incredible but the emotional aspect was unreal the character arcs were so good!! I would still watch you do a whole completion or even you decorated the room of requirement hahaha
I came back to this video to say this:
I really love how the devs create cinematic shots. When we first encounter Ranrok, professor Fig was in front speaking to him and pulled his wand out as well as the main character and it took place where there was ancient magic (Pensieve room). Now the last encounter with Ranrok, the main character was in front this time speaking to Ranrok with courage that shows how much character development had happened to MC.
Another thing is at the start, the pensieve statue almost crushed the main character and Fig and no one was there to help them but luckily, was saved by the ancient magic and at the end, same thing happened. The rock almost crushed the MC and Weasley saved them. If Fig and MC kept their secrets, no one would've saved the MC.
I started playing this game in September and I'm kinda bummed that I didn't get to play this during launch ;(
This game has been amazing. Even after playing thought it four different times, one for each house, I find myself wanting to play again.
Your reaction and emotions to this game were the greatest part for me throughout all the walkthrough episodes. I have only been subscribed to you for just over a month or so now, and I can say that I enjoy every word, reaction, and minute you put into playing games.
