"he thinks hes scored a TD but he just scored a safety" LMFAOOOO

I am now ashamed to be a Vikings fan
@@kryptosept1c470 the years of choking and losing didnt?

7:00 one of my favorites lmao. “What are the Bills doing?!”
0:33 mr krabs laugh lmaooooo
💀
I love how the announcers just pity Orlovsky going out of bounds. “Poor guy, he didn’t even know.” That was the winless Lions, one of the most pathetic teams ever.
Name checks out
On that play, does #69 for Minnesota (the closest guy to Orlovsky when he stepped out) get credit for a sack? If so, it's the easiest 2 point he'll ever score.
@@larrycopeland2413That was Jared Allen. And I don’t know if he got credit (if he didn’t, he should have imo)
6:31 When trying to return a kick in madden mobile
BritishKobe 27 lol, but that was a pass attempt, not a kick return
lol I did that in Head 2 Head
Do you play madden mobile?
6:30 "now get set for a play you'll probably never see again" ... LOL!!!
As we proceeded to watch Mahomes do that for 60% of the time on offense
9:30 they're over there looking like they're asking the priest for forgiveness
2:13 For everyone asking what happened here, the coach, Chuck Pagano, out-coached himself.
The play was based on something the Patriots had done a few times, which was send out the punting team only to then pull them off the field and send the offense back on. The Colts were trying to make it look like they were doing that, hoping that the Patriots would start to substitute their defense back on the field. Then the Colts could snap the ball and catch the Patriots with 12 men on the field, giving them the first down.
The plan was that if the Patriots started substituting, the makeshift QB would go under center, which would be the signal to the makeshift center to snap the ball. If the Patriots didn’t substitute, then the Colts would take the delay of game penalty.
The problem was right before the play, Chuck Pagano said to the makeshift QB, if they don’t substitute, why don’t you see if you can draw them offsides and we can get the first down that way. The problem was he forgot that the makeshift QB going under center was the signal to the makeshift center to snap the ball. And he didn’t tell the makeshift center about the change. So when the makeshift QB saw that the Patriots didn’t buy that the Colts were substituting and didn’t start to substitute themselves, he went under center to see if he could get the Patriots to jump offsides. But the makeshift center assumed him going under center meant that the Patriots had bought the fake and had started substituting, so he snapped the ball to get the 12 men on the field penalty. And the rest, as they say, is history.
Also worth noting that even if they had gotten the Patriots to substitute and gotten the 12 men on the field penalty, the Colts didn’t line up in a legal formation, so it still would have all been for naught. Pretty bad coaching on every aspect of the play for the Colts.
8:28 This has been said by someone else as well, but it’s worth noting that the butt fumble was just the middle touchdown of a span of three touchdowns in 52 seconds for the Patriots, with touchdowns scored on offense, defense, and special teams. Total breakdown by the Jets. If memory serves, the Jets actually won the game if you don’t count those 52 seconds.
The Jets lost the butt fumble game - even if you discount those three touchdowns. That minute made a 7-0 game 28-0; the final was 49-19. (I suppose you could say the Jets won the 2nd half 16-14.)
@@mikecarr4178 I guess memory did not serve
The first clip always makes me smile
It is one of the greatest injustices in Football history that such a great player is only known for that.
Me too

@@mr.gentlezombie8709 he's not only known for that....
Thats how I feel about the butt fumble
That Colts play is truly legendary. Most of these other plays involve terrible player execution, complete situational mis-reads, or poor coaching decisions.
That Colts play manages to combine all of those fuck-up causes into a literal "wtf just happened" moment. I, as a Luck era Colts fan, was lucky enough to catch this moment live and it was great. The best part is after the play when the camera pans in on Chuck Pagano's clueless face and his look is just like "ohh... so that just happened... hmm.. I pictured it going so differently in my head"
Pagano was an absolute legend as the HC for the Luck-Colts. He has such a hapless, clueless, and confused expression all the time as his default state. And while they tell you not to judge a book by its cover or person by how they look, Pagano's facial expressions were ALWAYS consistent with the horrors unfolding on the field. Absolutely glorious moments of stupidity... good times, good times
Pure poetry lol
"Backward he goes!" LOL 😆 old timey commentator 6:39
How do you miss a 10 yard field goal?
TheSportsGamer Falcons
Tell me about it!!😬😬
The kicker must have been 0 overall :/
It is no longer possible to do so...
The best part is it was against New England
When I was little I had a book on stupid criminals, tv incidents, sports moments, etc. It mentioned the Jim Marshall incident and according to him on the plane ride home to Minnesota, his teammates asked him to take over flying the plane. He said they figured he would land them in Hawaii.
In regards to the Colts play, those who were saying, “I could have picked a better play than that”, they’d be 100% correct.
The best part is the way Jim Marshall just casually throws the ball after he crossed the goal line.
7:18 No one knows anymore
Seriously! The Bills look worse than the winless Browns at this point.
I don’t get that play. I didn’t see anyone touch it
Matt Ferragamo if it’s in the end zone the other team doesn’t have to touch it
You never see it because it’s almost impossible for the opposing team to run the entire length of the field and touch the ball in the end zone without the other team having already caught it
My entire East Coast family still loyally follows the Bills even though they know they suck...why? Don’t know.
@@ScarredBert um, wrong. If the ball rolls into the end zone but doesnt go out of bounds, it is a live ball to which both teams have the right to challenge for. If the Bill's pick it up, and take a knee, it is a touchback. If the Jets pick it up, it is a TD. Either way, if the Bills dont wanna concede even more points, they HAVE to pick up the ball.
4:42 the news alert tone is forever burned into my head after living with my football obsessed cousins back in the day
"What are the Bills doing???"
I said those exact words myself at least once a week for years. And years. And years.
They were really good at the beginning of the season and I was watching their games but now i can see what their fans are talking about lol
from the perspective of someone who's relatively new to the NFL scene, it would be nice to see some of these underdog teams get better coaches or players (whichever of the two are causing the problems) and see them rise above the current top tier teams, the titans got a shot in the super bowl in 2000 and lost, the bears got theirs in 2006 and lost, the cardinals in 2009 and lost, the bengals in 2022 and lost, etc. we gotta change this, the chiefs and the 49ers can't keep getting to the top
0:20 He scored a safety
Falcons choking against the Patriots. History is a cycle

2:35 coach: that play looked alot better when i pulled it out of my ass
LMAOOO THE WAY HE THREW THE BALL AWAY 0:22
Mark Sanchez getting laid out by his own lineman's ass is one of the best things to watch.
Panthers just did this against the Giants today. One of Carolina’s lineman got in the way of the RB.
Man, I needed a few laughs during this 2020 quarantine. Thanks for posting.
6:19 thank god for matthew stafford taking over
this is radonkulous
I agree
Griff Whalen. What a player. The Patriots later signed him, for some reason. I think Belichick wanted to ask why he snapped the ball.
He had never practiced the play. The Colts had a strategy, but Belichick wasn't going to bite unless he saw the Colts offense coming back out.
The plan was for the ball to not be snapped, use a hard count to draw the pats offsides. The center didn’t get the memo and snapped the ball, which surprised Whalen and led to his clobbering.
They also were trying to get the Patriots to have 12 men on the field--the players running to the sideline was supposed to make New England think that the offense was going to run back onto the field and they were going to catch them in a substitution infraction.
7:03 when u rage quit in real life.
The Mark Sanchez butt fumble made me laugh the hardest. I was rolling when I saw that. LOLOL.
Jim Marshal will never be forgotten...
Tom he was a great d end
Who?

You could have just let the Jets butt fumble clip continue to the kickoff. Joe McKnight fumbled right into the hands of Julian Edelman for a 3rd Patriots touchdown in 52 seconds.
Lmfao that's amazing! I wish I saw that live
@@76wake It was the best Thanksgiving ever.
Found this after the Raiders pwned the Pats last night.... thanks for the laughs
Hmm. Looks like Super Bowl 51 isn't the first time the falcons choked against the Patriots
Sean's Gaming Channel no just the kicker back then for the falcons must have been a 0 overall
Yeah how tf do you miss a 10 yard field goal 😂
I wonder if they have the Dallas Cowboys recovering the inside kick from Atlanta on here. 😁😁😁

I think this needs an update after Sunday
the thing that stands out about the colts play above the others is that it appears the coaches actually drew this shit up as a play
It boggles my mind that a team can watch a kickoff roll into the end zone, then surround the ball like they think it's a punt. I can imagine the special teams meetings that week...
reuploaded, previous version was taken down
+Savage Brick Sports How did you find the clip at 3:27?
It sounds like a documentary.
Savage Brick Sports give me a shout out
0:29 is this where the Colts got the inspiration for their infamous play?
Ben Truong the colts/redskins play is a real play. And its supposed to be done at goalline or 2-point.
sadly i dont think nfl allows it. but high school does and maybe college
Nope but the announcers were right. It was suppose to caught the Patriots off guard and maybe have a player jump offside. If that didnt work, they'd just punt it after a delay of game penalty
"This is embarrassing" LMFAOOOOOOOOO!!
Long live the Buttfumble!
2:07 I am hearing that the interception was not in the end zone. But what I see is that it was in end zone, then brought out and back in.
I think the Colts 4th and 3 play was the worst because it was a "designed" team play.
That guy who ran about 60 yards into his own endzone to score a safety takes some beating but we'll do Colts.
Coach it looks like the Colts are attempting a trick play. Should we call a timeout?
Belichick: No. They'll fuck it up.
Narrator voice: They fucked it up.
When the commentary says “this is embarrassing”, I wouldn’t even come out of the locker room after half if I was apart of that team
The Falcons have absolutely mastered losing to the Patriots.
3:34 did i hear that right?????
Uprights used to be at the front of the endzone.
10 yard field goal miss 😂😂😂
Landetta's "punt" still gets me.
Great video
2:01 you almost feel sorry for him. but then you remember that he intercepted it and was stupid enough to not go out of his own end zone.
"But, a year later in 1953 Detroit's Bob HunchyHornch" that part kept making me laugh, how it then just cuts away haha!
7:00 "what are the bills doing" lmao

They’re being the Bills, that’s what they’re doing.

6:30 when you’re trying to play madden in real life
10:00 McCarthy was such a goober. Look at him yelling at the ref because his own player gave himself a safety.
The “what are the bills doing?!?” always gets me @7:18
Came looking for the sanchez play and I wasn’t disappointed gotta love it 🤣
The play at 2:13 wins the award hands down....
Hi I love your vids
Poor Jim Marshall. One of the best at his position and he’s always going to be remembered for this.
And I bet most people don’t even know that the Vikings won that game, partly due to a strip sack by Marshall earlier in the game that was recovered by Carl Eller, who returned it for a touchdown.
This video needs to be revised with 2022 Cowboys season-ending blunder as #1
Nice video
December 18 2022, Jocobi Meyers. Welcome.
ok savage brick why was it taken off
jus wonderin
The butt fumble is great lmao
7:17 “what are the bills doing!?”
As jets fan this never EVER gets old
Longest drives in NFL history
Do “dumbest plays for each franchise”.
I like how Jim Marshall never let anyone tell him to turn around once he reached the end zone. Instead, he heaves the thing way out of bounds
4:40 That is so fitting!
Good vid
0:30 As a Redskins fan, that moment was the one time I was actively rooting for the Giants to score against us. Good Lord I hated Jim Zorn as a head coach.
Jon B And this clip actually undersells just how stupid it was. They actually ran it twice in a row. At first they did the shift and the Giants called time out to readjust. Then they ran the same play anyway. When I saw them do the same shift I could not believe what I was seeing.
Gruden is no better and he keeps getting extended
@@kalorakalora you know he's not the coach anymore, right?
@@jbo22fly Does that change the fact that he's no better or the fact that he keeps getting extended? The point is that Gruden sucks and is still given a job he does not deserve year in year out.
Whether he is still currently the HC of redskins or they finally did what they should have done 4 years ago and got rid of him doesn't change any of that
@@kalorakalora does him getting fired change the fact that he keeps getting extended? Yes. Yes it does. If he's fired he's not extended.
Ahaha at 6:00 he just keeps going to the sideline like yup. I made a big mistake.
0:27 broo what was they thinking 😂😂
8:29 Oops, he wasn't paying attention, was he? XD
*_2:12_*
As a Patriots fan who has disliked the Colts since their Peyton Manning days, I have always felt really bad for the Colts for that gawd awful play that no one could ever figure out what they were attempting to do (to this day).
I especially felt sorry for their coach. It really can't get much more embarrassing than that...
AlphaDeltaXray Pat Mcafee talked about what their play was supposed to be. Good idea but it didn’t go well
I heard they tried to dovetail 2 rules. You can't lineup over the center and the center on this play is an eligible receiver since he's at the end of the line and theoretically gets a free release after the snap.
Don't feel sorry for them. They deserved to be humiliated after Deflategate, which was just months earlier. I was disappointed that the Patriots didn't completely humiliate the Colts in this one, but I guess the Colts did such a good job humiliating themselves that it was necessary for the Patriots to do so!
0:38 is actually a really good play call if done correctly lol.
This... _hurts_
Need to update this with Patriots/Raiders 2022 ending play.
5:53 "poor guy"

5:17 Playoffs! Not the championship! The narrator got that wrong! Plus, I know that clip! It was on the video “NFL’s 100 Greatest Follies”. I still have a video copy and a DVD copy!

I could've made it with my opposite foot and i played defensive line
I have no feet and I could have made it!
2:29 WHAT THE HECK
You should have put in Leon Lett's attempt to recover a blocked kick in the snow that didn't need to be recovered, even as a Cowboys fan that play still makes me laugh because how could someone be that stupid?
Or his Super Bowl fumble
I've been looking for the one at 2:12. I think a second after this clip ended, Al Michaels said "What was the plan?" 😆
I love it! Always makes me laugh!
Giants buffoonery had me dead
00:00 - 00:23 something I always ask my self
When someone scores a Safety in Football, you know someone made a really dumb move ^_^
As a Browns fan, I'm amazed we didn't have one play on this video.
The SB pass by the Seahawks against the Pats at the 1yd line should be number one pick.
That 1st clip made me ignore the rest of the video loo
Superbowl 49 Russell Wilson's throw should've made the list!
