Some Inquisitors, especially those of the ordro hereticus sends their acolytes to pleasure worlds as a final test of moral and spiritual fortitude and purity before deciding whether they are worthy of becoming a full fledged agent of the golden throne. In the light of this fact it seems plausible that some Inquisitors allow pleasure worlds of ill repute to exist so they have access to a sufficiently horrific proving ground for their subordinates. Due to the almost limitless authority of an Inquisitor i would not be surprised if pleasure worlds controlled by either a individual inquisitor or groups of inquisitors exists.
Question: Does the Imperial Guard, Navy, and or Astarties have some kind of leave (vacation time) given to them for rest or is there no rest for the worriers of the Imperium?
Many but not all Astartes chapters find free time as a waste, or if it is allowed they are encouraged to continue in quiet prayer, worship, reverence, or praise to the emperor. During such times they are allowed to mingle but often they speak of heroic deeds and the most loyal of causes, sharing tales of legend among their own chapter but keeping humble under the watchful spirit of the emperor of man.
There is the transit time between systems and warp/immaterium transit routes to various sectors, within and around the Imperium, that can take at least many weeks to months or years for those enroute in a ship on active deployemnt, secondment or relocation for the humans being transported, say for example, for regiments of Guardsmen moving between postings etc. Some are moved to a reduced duty on temporary garrison duty on some rear-area or lesser dangerous worlds for R&R, refitting & requiping, and or awaiting new, fresher or 'scratch' recruits and forces to restock (or merge with) the ranks with. I would think the Imperial Navy would being mostly relatively normal non-Astartes humans, be similar to the Guard. Of course, their is the dis-similar methods, brass politics, power structures, corps/unit etc traditions, strategic and tactical theologies of esprit d'corps of the rival regiments, units, squadrons, squads and if any of those reach a level achieving some rank, position, untilitarian minimum or class distinction to be able to earn or be granted some level of basic leave, R&R or temporary reduced active duty.

I barely even noticed the way he starts and stops like the mysteries at the museum guy, because of how evident it is that he has a deficult time swallowing his saliva. Both of those things are most likely symptomatic of trying to do it all in one take. I would suggest that instead he should take his time breath mabye even get a sip of watter in between sentences and then edit out the gaps that way it would sound more like Philip Defranco and less like Neal Goldman.

So I'm just gonna point out that I as a hard core fan and someone who has read his fair share of codexs, of the ffg rpg books and studied extensive sections of the lexicanum, the fandom wiki, and even the cancer which is 1d4 chan can tell you without a doubt in my mind 90% of this is wrong. And it's very simple as to why, navigators don't have psychic powers never did, the 3rd eye is a special tool which though has unique and powerful abilities is incapable of achieving such devestation without one gazing upon the eye. This was explained not only in 1st all the way through 8th but also explained in many books and the rpg written by final fantasy games. If one was simply to close their eyes the 3rd eye is harmless as stated by the ability stated in all hosts of novels and the game mechanics themselves. I do not know where he got this information but this is more likely to be speculation than actual fact. Read the books if you're interested, go buy them online, just understand to simply trust ones word is to be fooled. (Multiple sources will controdict what he says is fact. Research it yourselves if you dont believe me.)

Much of Warhammer 40k makes little rational sense. And that is why we enjoy it so much. This, however, is irrational to a thoroughly absurd degree. Can you imagine the Emperor of Man, who will Exterminatus an entire planet simply to deny resources, would allow this form of heresy to fester directly in the heart of it's most important ruling class? Nope. Sorry. This is exactly what happened to the Eldar. And if the Emperor is anything, he is *not* stupid enough to not learn from the devastating failures of others. This type of behavior would be dealt with ruthlessly and immediately, if only for the sake of preserving the Empire. Keep the Dark Eldar lore specific to the Dark Eldar. That being said, enjoyable video. I don't blame the creator. I blame the lazy authors recycling lore for shock effect. Inevitable corruption is fine, to a limited degree, but such lengths of it would be a bigger threat to Man than Xenos.

There must be a training camp or something. Hundreds of people talking with the same strange cadence about scifi lore.
I barely even noticed the way he starts and stops like the mysteries at the museum guy, because of how evident it is that he has a deficult time swallowing his saliva.
Both of those things are most likely symptomatic of trying to do it all in one take. I would suggest that instead he should take his time breath mabye even get a sip of watter in between sentences and then edit out the gaps that way it would sound more like Philip Defranco and less like Neal Goldman.

So I'm just gonna point out that I as a hard core fan and someone who has read his fair share of codexs, of the ffg rpg books and studied extensive sections of the lexicanum, the fandom wiki, and even the cancer which is 1d4 chan can tell you without a doubt in my mind 90% of this is wrong. And it's very simple as to why, navigators don't have psychic powers never did, the 3rd eye is a special tool which though has unique and powerful abilities is incapable of achieving such devestation without one gazing upon the eye. This was explained not only in 1st all the way through 8th but also explained in many books and the rpg written by final fantasy games. If one was simply to close their eyes the 3rd eye is harmless as stated by the ability stated in all hosts of novels and the game mechanics themselves. I do not know where he got this information but this is more likely to be speculation than actual fact. Read the books if you're interested, go buy them online, just understand to simply trust ones word is to be fooled. (Multiple sources will controdict what he says is fact. Research it yourselves if you dont believe me.)

I didn't realize this was a series until you pointed it out, but now that I think about it it makes sense that a universe like Warhammer 40K would have a series dedicated to horrible things in it.
Much of Warhammer 40k makes little rational sense. And that is why we enjoy it so much. This, however, is irrational to a thoroughly absurd degree.
Can you imagine the Emperor of Man, who will Exterminatus an entire planet simply to deny resources, would allow this form of heresy to fester directly in the heart of it's most important ruling class?
Nope. Sorry. This is exactly what happened to the Eldar. And if the Emperor is anything, he is *not* stupid enough to not learn from the devastating failures of others. This type of behavior would be dealt with ruthlessly and immediately, if only for the sake of preserving the Empire.
Keep the Dark Eldar lore specific to the Dark Eldar.
That being said, enjoyable video. I don't blame the creator. I blame the lazy authors recycling lore for shock effect. Inevitable corruption is fine, to a limited degree, but such lengths of it would be a bigger threat to Man than Xenos.
