Cake
3/4 cups of butter
2 cups of sugar
4 egg whites
1 whole egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup of milk (I used almond milk, but you can use any milk :)
3 cups of flour
3 teaspoons of baking powder
Meringue
3 egg whites
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Bake cake in over at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C)

If Disney makes her happy, let her be happy! Jamie is a sweetheart who makes great content that we all enjoy. If you look at her videos, her skills and life doesn't revolve solely around Disney, her inspiration comes from all places (she has painted other CZcamsrs, shown fun "Mom" crafts, showcased her Nintendo fandom, etc.) It's not an unhealthy obsession, and I don't understand why you can't be happy for a person who has turned an admiration into a career. If you want her to expand her content to include more fandoms, then there are other ways to express it that don't involve shaming her for something she loves.
When life gives you lemons give them to Jamie as she makes the best cakes

Those look delicious! Here in Northern Ireland, when someone says lemon cake or lemon buns/cupcakes, the first thing that would spring to mind are cakes and buns that have been soaked in lemon juice, which is absolutely fantastic. I never once thought of using lemon curd. It looks like a fantastic idea. I’ll have to try it sometime. Thanks for the great idea. It’ll be great for my picky flatmates. One doesn’t like most fruits, and the other is allergic to chocolate. This’ll be a good thing to make. :)

Apparently you can test if meringue is mixed enough if you hold it over your head and it doesn’t fall out of the bowl. I would not volunteer to test it though :’D
