Just gives me a mix of evasion and DR, I have leebur, muskan, bheg, and urugon so I just mix and match depending on the spot.
Muskan/Bheg is my favorite however since it usually feels the tankiest and gives me an extra 20 accuracy

If over the ap cap, surely you'd use an elixir rota with demi human elixirs instead of beasts draught? Even giants draught would be far better

If you're that far over the ap cap with just gear to the point where you're tanky enough without beast/frenzy sure, just for 95% of people theyre gonna want a beast draught or frenzy

also not everyone has the resources nor is willing to get an elir rot going if you're aware enough to run an elix rot you don't really need the buff part of the guide
