This method is on of plinth area basis shortcut as per cpwd schedule .
We take 30% extra of plinth area for roof because of roof angle where extra sheets will get used . ( So the
@RangchakTripura
slope of roof is taken into consideration)
This is general method for rough estimation of Cgi sheet calculation within minute's.
