Paruppu Kulambu Recipe in Tamil | பருப்பு குழம்பு | Paruppu Kuzhambu for Rice

In this video we will see how to make paruppu kulambu recipe in tamil. This paruppu kulambu / dal curry is a good combination for white rice. This is a quick and easy recipe which can be made in the pressure cooker. Paruppu kulambu can be paired with a variety of side dish from kootu, poriyal or appalam, vadagam.

Ingredients:
1 cup Thoor Dal
12 small onion
8 cloves of Garlic
4 green Chillies
1 Tomato
1/2 tsp Turmeric
2.5 cup Water
1/2 cup Coconut
1/2-1 tsp Cumin seeds
Water as required
required Salt
For Tempering:
2 tbsp Coconut oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
3 dry red Chillies
Curry leaves
1 small onion
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1 tbsp Ghee
