Why am I just learning this Spaghetti hack!

- Deep Fried Spaghetti and Meatballs Recipe
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground Italian sausage
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
3 whole egg
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
2 cups of cubed Mozzarella Cheese
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
1 cup of parmesan cheese
350g of cooked spaghetti
1 cup marinara sauce
Garnish: parmesan cheese, and fresh chopped parsley
Directions:
1) Add beef, sausage, tomato paste, garlic, 1 egg, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to a bowl, mix well
2) Form mixture into balls and insert cube of mozzarella into each centre
3) Cook in frying pan for 5 minutes or until fully cooked
4) In a large bowl, add cooked spaghetti, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and mix well.
5) Take a piece of plastic wrap and add 1 cup of spaghetti mixture, then place a meatball into the centre, and wrap up the plastic wrap tightly, tape securely.
6) Freeze the balls for 4 hours.
7) Remove from freezer and deep fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown
8) Add marinara to a plate, place the balls in the centre and garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley!
9) Enjoy

Only someone with extremely limited cooking knowledge*) or just some pathetic troll who has nothing better to do- would make a stupid comment like this. I’m definitely not a chef, or even close, but I know what will happen if you add egg, bread crumbs, and hot frying oil to any recipe (& then add a carbohydrate like pasta) you will end up with a crispy outer layer…similar to French fries. Tho based on your oh so wise comment I’m guessing you are someone who prefers the soggy soft fries (or you just complain/judge bc you are a sad & unhappy person). *if you have gone thru culinary school & are a chef, then I’m putting my foot in my mouth regarding food…but, no matter what, you would still be a trolling a-hole that apparently gets off on putting others down.

I think that your work is very unique and creative. If these individuals want to be so negative I’m wondering if they can boil water .. It’s sad that these individuals even exist . This is not even a Hack. A Hack is a shortcut that is faster and easier than the normal way. This is no way faster and easier. It's a whole different style dish all together.
