Might try designing some internal computer lights with this.
You could also sand the whole stick with sand paper to make the whole stick glow

You need to read spec of your led units. Google led calculator online, add your led spec and it should give you details of the number of resistors as well as their colours

Hey... if i have clear/white lights for leds halos on my car... can i change the color by painting the strip to make the same blue tinge effect? if so, how would u suggest me painting them (with a marker, spray, i dont think i can vinyl wrap them).
NO you can't. Those blue tinge is due to the light emitted by the LED itself. Painting would just block out all of the light.
