actually, there is a big problem with family vloggers fabricating drama to views...even endangering kids. channels have been yanked because of vlogs using danger to kids to get views....while there is no indication this scene was faked, i can think of a couple other ways it could have really been produced.....on many of these channels there seems to be a lot of trips to the ER/doctor and other drama....i don't know anyone personally that has that much drama in their lives.
and i've seen a couple of these family vlogs where they seem to be traveling a lot when the kids are supposed to be in school and the parent mentions pulling the kids out of school.....the schools as mandated reporters are supposed to be contacting CPS when a child is pulled out a lot to travel for fun.

All moms feel they have to look for their children in silence when lost ... be loud announce exactly who you are looking for and what they are wearing.... example " I'm looking for a 3 year old boy ,brown hair ,black shirt, Jean shorts !" And keep repeating it over and over. Everyone will start looking around and if in the worse case situation if someone did take them the kidnapper doesn't want that attention and will hopefully let them go.
Man, as a mom I could feel everything you were feeling. The fear, the dread, the relief. I'm so glad everything turned out okay and that he was safe and content when you found him. 💙
My younger sister literally escaped our 3-story house (from the 2nd floor), with one shoe on, when she was like 3. She climbed over 2 stair gates and UP our back gate to unlock it, not to mention she managed to reach the backdoor handle to open it. All because she wanted to take our dog for a walk. My mum was cleaning and so only realised she was gone after about 10 mins, spent like 5/10 mins searching the house for her before she was in the garden and saw that the gate was open. As she started really panicking, she could hear a child saying "no, no not that one, no" and when she went out the back gate, she saw my sister and our dog with 2 policemen trying to find our house. Our dog was so protective and would not let them near her at all.
Moral of the story, this can happen anywhere, anytime, at any age. Thank you for sharing your experience and potentially helping someone else in the same situation in the future. You're probably gonna carry that mom guilt for a long time but just know that it could've happened to anyone and it happens all the time so don't be too hard on yourself 💕💕

Talia I lost my son in Disneyland too. I don’t know exactly how long it was (maybe 10 minutes?) but felt like an eternity. We just got off Buzz Lightyear ride and were in the gift shop looking around. My son was 3 at the time and he went back in through the exit. I noticed he was gone as we were paying for toys. We had 4 adults in our group and one baby that was in a stroller and he still slipped past us all. It can happen to anyone very quickly. I’m so glad La’a is safe…brings me back to that memory 😥

Ugh I usually stick up for you in these comments but man I really wish you wouldn’t have recorded it. The last thing when something happens to my child is to record it. I know this is your job but then also telling the Story same day which can distract you further instead of sitting down and reflecting on what happened and then tell it days later. This is a teachable moment about being distracted (it happens) but the way it was done really does not look great. I’m really glad he’s safe

Why can't I talk about a raw, honest moment? If I only show the good, I'd also let people down. I hope you don't take this the wrong way. I think it's a meaningful conversation to have. If this is not your style of life, that's okay, and you get to decide that, but you don't get to choose my life. You have no clue if I was distracted, but having 9 kids at once needing attention its very overwhelming and accidents happen. I recoded the story almost 6 hours later.

I got so much anxiety watching this vlog. A couple years ago my two sons were sleeping with their dad in my bed and I was in the boys room with our newborn. My two sons got out of the house and were gone 30 minutes before he woke up and noticed and woke me up. Thank god they were at the local restaurant just 2 doors down but I ran down the st holding my newborn just freaking out and crying. I thought I lost my boys forever ( we lived by train tracks at the time) forever grateful for the lady that took them into the restaurant and saved them! Please no rude comments.

We lost my brother in Disney 25 years ago and they did not have a lost child system at that time like they do now! Thank goodness he’s okay! It’s happened more than you think mama! So glad they made La’a comfortable. If ya gonna get lost Disney is probably one of the best places for it to happen. Everyone that works there is amazing with kids! ❤️

I am so very upset & crying watching you running looking for La'a i want to say , that you have 2 have a thousand eyes, when it comes to your babies, I know its the most frightening thing to happen to you ever, its frantic, panic, and heart wrenching, when you think you feel you lost your child especially at a amusement park, and then when you find them you don't know whether to screamed at them, or just grab ahold of them and hug them thanking God he's ok, and this feeling inside when reality sets in,about what happened, like you say thoughts goes through your mind I know its so frightening, but I'm am so very happy you found him & thank God for those cast members, and so very happy La'a is ok. No…he didn’t slip away from her in a crowd , she actually forgot about him and walked away and it didn’t dawn on her that he wasn’t with her till almost 1/2 later..there’s no excuse for that.

I lost my oldest at the age of 4 for 10 minutes at a mall. We were shopping for school pictures and we lost her. I was looking for her for 10 minutes but it felt like longer than that. She popped out of the clothes rack. I told her that she scared me and she apologized to me. She was testing me and I'm glad she did tbh.
I just cry everytime you have to say bye to your sister and nephew. It just hurts my mama heart. I am so glad you were able to find La'a. It has also happened to me but I was actually having my youngest son and my mom had my 2 older boys at the beach and she lost my middle son. That was pretty scary. She found him pretty quickly.

I worked there for 2 years its one of the things the train every cast member for they also calm the child feed them and give them something to drink if they want it ... the whole time time I was like go to a cast member... every cast member would know because they radio it just in case we see a parent hysterical looking for the lost child

I lost my at the time 4 year old in movieworld about 3 years ago, which is a theme park here in AUS, the worst moment of my life! I feel your pain, it is so easy to lose a child, thankfully theres some nice people in the world xx
Sesame Place does a very similar thing with lost children. I'm there often & they announce it on loud speakers when they have a child without parents.

My daughter was 2yrs old and snuck out of a hay maze at a school fall fair(small country school). I freaked and search all over and was about to make an announcement of the AP. then I saw a group of kids around a crying kid and knew it was my kid. She was just crying I felt so bad.
