Yes but the opponents he battled had their battle music, but in story mode the minor circuit has the minor battle music, major had major battle, and world had world battle, that still means they are in their respective circuits

@@FrankyThaiHouse I never played Punch Out Wii. I always thought the Circuit themes were for the menus and they used their themes in their fights both times. But one thing I have noticed is that every fight takes place in the World Circuit arena and not the Minor or Major ones.
@@randomguyontheinternet7940 It plays circuit themes in career mode. Exhibition mode (where you can do challenges) plays the character themes instead. Contender followed the stage order, title defense always used world circuit, been a while since I last played so not sure if that holds true for title defense exhibition mode or not.

Also tip to anyone who is new to punch out or plays out. If you lose 100 times then you get headgear for career. It reduces damage from most attacks, but the bull charge is a whole different game.
Bull Charge and Von Kaiser Wave are always instant knockdowns.
Even if you try to cheat it with infinite health.
I tried. You still get knocked down. Though infinite stars and health can lead to game slowdown causing damage trading..
One of Bald Bull's lines, although it doesn't really have a proper translation, is basically just him cussing in frustration.

Y’know, for a boxing game, Punch Out sure does have a lot of professional wrestling tropes. We’ve got a jobber in Glass Joe, Aran Ryan is the one who always cheats to win, Super Macho Man is the rich Hollywood egomaniac, and Disco Kid could be considered the major showboat of the roster. Also, a few opponents, such as Von Kaiser, Title Defense Disco Kid, Soda Popvinski and Super Macho Man, all wear ring gear I’d consider more at home in a wrestling ring than a boxing one. Just a little observation I just had.
