When you spray the big spindle at the bottom/support spindle...try keeping the gun straight instead of angling it up or down. This will help drastically with those little areas and crevices so you won't need a little brush later.

Literally just finished one using a Graco Quickshot. It was nice not having a hose in my way or worse still, hitting the paint.
