Don’t worry... I used to do the same exact thing! One time my mom put Barney on (I was 3) she went outside to mow. When the movie was over I knew it was going to happen. She had it playing in the living room pretty loud. I jumped off the little bed went running to the door screaming like someone was trying to get me. I was bawling and slamming my hands against the door and screaming for my mom. This scares me even yet today, too. 😖
