it works but not properly, for example can be very loud or poor cooling. It's a common issue for egyptian hotels

For us is very important that the air condition works well, i don't mind is makes a bit noise😅 i live in Barcelona and we are planing to visit them this summer with my little child 7 years. I hope if is not working well they can change to other room🤞🏻is not a cheap hotel. What can you explain me about the beach close? Is nice to see differents fish?thanks

Is this hotel all inclusive only? Or do they offer, other meal/board options?
As I know they have othe meal options. But I'm not sure. Maybe somebody can correct me. But I believe that the all inclusive is the best choice.
Are there slides at the hotel pool or do you have to pay extra to use the water slides?

Just got back couple days ago. Reception stuff very rude and unprofessional. No children club or evening entertainment. Need to pay extra for the rides beach is not ideal for young children.., only plus is the restaurant and cleaning staff are very good and helpful
No children club or evening entertainmen - really? this is very strange because it was before.
@@hotelguideforyouchildren club was shut and the evening entertainment club wasn’t suitable for children other then 1day in our 2wk stay… Best thing for kids was the wave pool slides and the restaurant food for kids.
If the kid’s club was open or evening entertainment it would have been 10/10 for my children
