Seeing DeVante’s face and having his presence out there again (for fans to see) is refreshing. We haven’t experienced it in years. I hope we’ll be receiving it more. K-Ci included.
He didn’t want to talk to any one. I have much love for him and his talent but the truth is He’s never been the one to say much he can have his diva moments and that will never change.
The older Devante and Dalvin get, the more they look alike. They look like twins now.
HMMM I know its been a year but I really don't understand why anyone would think Devante and Dalvin look alike. In what ways do you think they look alike?
They have the same features probably from the fact they share the same father and mother. People thought they were twins in the forever my lady video as well even Dalvin said it. But to answer your question they have the same nose, jawline etc. I can just see it now that they’re getting older they are aging the same a bit to me they look like their father.
@@mialashanaee7147 Oh wow thank you for reasponding we agree that they have the same parents but as in most African Americn familys we can have the same parents and have different features. Devante's skin complection is much lighter than his brother (who is brown) and their smiles are very different, as is the way they move & and walk, also the eye color is distinctively different and why the girls favored Devante.. I am confused by the comparison but this was a good Jodeci discussion. Thank you!
@@BiblicalAfricaastudyofthebible yes they take on different traits from their parents. Devante has more of his mother and Dalvin has some of his father. However, TO ME, there are some that Dalvin and Devante share that I see better now that they are aging. You talking about walking and shit nobody cares lol. Their faces have some of the same features, they have the same parents so it’s ok & it’s also normal. You can have the same parents and look different as well yes, for example Derek looks different from both of them, sometimes you can look like the mom, dad or even grandparents but it’s not uncommon to have some of the same features is what I’m saying. Skin tone don’t mean a thing either, one can be dark or light and still kind of have the same face. You are not going to change my opinion my eyes says they look alike and that’s what it is yours may be different oh well. You can have your own opinion and keep it moving, if you don’t see it you don’t see it move on to the next comment love.

It just depends on what he feels ok with being interviewed about and I like how he's anti social media because I knew he was the old school kind keeping to himself because you saw how everyone like Stevie j Danny boy was doing all that yappin about the negative stuff he was doing and there's not one video of him responding to it

DeVante is not a talker...never have and never will be especially when it comes to dealing with the public. But he can be playful, EXTREMELY sarcastic and of course he has his diva moments. But the average person doesn't understand when you're talking to ppl who are natural creatives you have to come with a different kind of energy in order to get and keep their attention.

You have to admit it is a little creepy for a man or woman to be singing freak you songs in their 50's and 60's. Adina Howard singing "Freak like me" in her 50's is a little awkward. You dont think? That don’t make sense. It’s better to put them up against Boyz II Men. That was the only competition they had. Dru hill needs to go up against someone of their time. They recently asked for blackstreet since jagged edge and 112 already went against each other . Dru hill was like a Jodeci 2.0 of their time in the industry. That’s like putting Chris brown and Michael against each other . Same swag , same musical interest but not compatible to go against each other .

Devante need to get over himself. He’s a musical genius but he allowed time to slip away. He could have been one of the greatest music producers, but rather than seek mental help he became a drug hermit. He probably out because he needs the money. He hasn't done anything relevant since the 90s.
