Luffy isn’t doing stuff like grabbing the sun taking a bite out of it then making it nighttime. He isn’t doing something like SpongeBob grabbing a string from squidwards shirt and eventually erasing the universe and ending the episode. The glasses having detail and the paint if removed wouldn’t affect anything, they just make the scene better and have no affect on the one piece world.
