Nice comprehensive video on choices. I am heading for the Plus even though the $20 is not much difference. I study voices and some are slow, some are two fast, and yours if just right speed and slightly intriguing so I don't fall asleep. Some people got that naturally, and others have to be trained. Nice professional diction.

Not bad for around 100 bucks. Got my 10 Fire HD plus a year ago and it's fine for most media consumption and emulation on most 8, 16 bit and Arcade systems when I'm bored.
That extra GB of RAM will make a huge difference in overall daily performance. Especially after the recent software updates 😅 Also the 9W charger compared to the 5W is not a huge difference but it’s also nice to have. Overall, I definitely think the changes are worth the extra $20
Amazon could make a lot of money if they would put cellular data plans on the fire tablets.

If your stupid enough to use the way more expensive tablet/ipad data then yes, or you could just use your phone
These cheap low-end tablets are probably the main reason first-tier OEMs (Samsung, Lenovo) seem to have abandoned the Android higher-quality 8-inch tablet market.
If you want an up-to-date 8-inch tablet with Full HD screen and midrange CPU, there is nothing available.
only in the US the lenovo legion y700 is a beast

Hey man. One of the bezels located on the screen of my tablet (I am talking about those thinny bezels located between the screen and the big plastic bezels) looks a little bit bigger than the others. Would that be normal due to the low cost of the tablet? For me, it doesn't represent a big issue but I noticed and wanted to check it with you.

Isn’t it true that you cannot get the CZcams app on this thing rather you have to go to the CZcams website? I don’t want to sideline anything. Should I get the Lenovo m8 tab ?.
You can side load play store and get those apps is fairly easy
What about going from the 2020 regular 2 gig to the 2022 plus? My daughter plays alot of Roblox and Minecraft. They play ok, but lag a little. She's had it two years so it's getting a bit beat up.
Might be slightly better but I don't think it's going to be a huge difference
@@FishBeeProductions So we got the 3 gig 2022 model today. From our experience, the OS scrolling is much smoother and more responsive than our 2 gig 2020 model. The games aren’t as much noticeable, but I think they are a bit smoother. Probably the extra gig of ram is helping us more than the processor, but so far happy with the upgrade. I’m sure in coming months updates will make for an even better experience.
Amazon should make a flagship tablet with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, 8GB or 12GB of RAM, a 7” or 8” LCD screen (IPS), and that would be perfect.
The hd11 max has better specs than the 10th gen iPad
@@Ordlnary_Gamernot really, apples SOCs are always more powerful than their android equivalent unless you're comparing a new android SOC to a 8 year old Apple SOC.
Can HD 8 plus charge with any wireless chargers?
I only tested it on 2 different ones but it appears to be that way

I hate that texture on the plus. Seems it's gonna degrade over time + all the muck in those holes
True but most people just use a case anyway, unless you need to use the wireless charging.
Can you still side load the Google Play store?
Probably is still a way but not the most reliable thing to do in my opinion.

No only the website version unless you modify it to have Google play store.
No Gmail app, no CZcams and no play store - Count me out. It's just not worth anything to me without those standard features.
yeah you would have to go through the website version to use those without "hacking" the tablet
super easy to add playstore and all google apps. no "hacking" required.
Sill using 2020 version of 8 plus, seems nothing change much in 2022 one

@@FishBeeProductions what funny is the kindle 10 2021 is exactly the same as 2019 one, the only different is main camera had been developed from 2 to 5mp while the CPU did not change. Also the design is slightly different, that's all. But still the most thing I prefer on kindle fire is the very good battery life

if you give them your kids this tablet don't let them put their names on them. if you talk to customer service with a problem they will require you to give your daughter's email information. I just had this insane talk with their customer service department

Terrible if you enjoy reading books in different formats like PDF and EPUD ect. Don't get the fire 8 it is straight up rubbish. It don't play mp3's it don't show your own JPEG and PNG images. You have to formart micro sd cards to use them and even that system is horrible. It has bad obscured apps exclusively for the fire. If you think later on you can just change the OS to android think again because it will constantly stop working for you.
