The older I get the more I enjoy easter time. There is just something enjoyable and feels like the real beginning of a year for me..everything is so pretty and light feeling. These treats look beautiful and wow to those eggs..the Alice in wonderland was my favorite, I loved the roses with the faces. I wish I knew how to do such beautiful art like that

Tim!!! James and the Giant Peach is a good movie, but it is not a Tim Burton film! Just stop motion! It's directed by Henry Selick who also did Nightmare Before Christmas and Coraline! I recommend it!! I used to watch it all the time as a kid!
Tim Burton was involved with James and the Giant Peach though. He was a producer. He also produced and created the story for The Nightmare Before Christmas. Very obvious in the style of stop motion. He was not involved with Coraline though.
Meh that movie gave me nightmares as a little kid it’s so creepy!

Tim, hot cross buns are a British staple at Easter. Best sliced, toasted and covered in butter for breakfast
It's the same in Australia, not just traditional hot cross buns, but chocolate chip and many other flavours, we even have vegemite and cheese hot cross buns for some reason! (They even sell them at the McDonald's Cafe at this time of year.)
We have a variety of flavours of hot Cross bubs in the uk too. Triple chocolate, mandarin, strawberries and cream, cheddar cheese etc. And yes best served sliced (halfway up so cross is the top and sliced halfway down) toast it and butter. Yummy
All the eggs are AMAZING, but that Beauty and the Beast one…😍😍. And the clock! The pastry chefs are all so talented.

Oh what fun! Congrats to all the super talented Egg Artists! I love that Disney hires so many talented people and encourages their employees to be creative. The Easter treats looked so Springtime. And so sweet. As a kid I loved Easter when I got a basket with cute white chocolate lambs and decorated chocolate eggs from a local homemade chocolate store. It signaled the start of spring/summer. Thanks, Tim, for taking us along. Brought out some good memories.

In the UK, we slice and toast a hot cross bun. It's lovely with butter and jam on. Could never eat just on its own 😂

Not me cringing at Tim just biting into the hot cross bun. In Ireland we would cut it open and butter it. Toasting it is also optional. But we’d never eat it the way Tim did!!!

I just brought that marshmallow egg home to Dallas and it did some combination of melt/explode on the plane! I laughed so hard when I saw what it looked like after! Tasted great none the less!

I cut my hot cross buns in half, put butter on them, then put in a hot pan to “toast” just the butter side. So yummy! Thanks for showing all the incredible art on the eggs.

The only thing I really wish would happen for The Tracker vlogs was if Tim or Jenn or even Jackson said 'hey everyone, we won't be posting for a few days, don't worry about us, we'll be back soon' or vlogs will return on Saturday or whatever day of the week it will be. I wonder what temperature the resort has to stay to ensure the eggs and chocolate decorations don't melt. This was such a cool video, I never knew they did this for Easter! That was also the first time I've seen anything for James and the Giant Peach at Disney!

My kids and I read the book and then watched the movie earlier this yr. I had read and seen James and the Giant Peach as a kid but didn't remember it very well. There's a jack skellington cameo in the movie which is kind of amazing. Lol.

Marshmallow eggs were always the best thing in the Easter baskets (and as many marshmallow Santas as I could get in ny Christmas stocking!). Surprised you havent had one before Tim! You've been missing out!

Are hot cross buns not an Easter treat in the USA? Jenn, if you can find them in Public’s, try toasting them and eat with butter. It is the best.
You definitely need to explore Roald Dahl books reading to/ with Jackson. He wrote “ James and the Giant Peach” as well as many stories you are familiar with including “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” and so many others. An amazing author of children’s books.

We stopped into the cafe for brunch, it was the worst meal of our trip.
