OK, if that's the level 2 expansion what's for level 3?? A Spaceport!?!?
Only kidding, this is an amazing build RK and I'm loving the detailing work: that sunken access road with the quay wall and protective canopy made from raised walkways is superb. The detailing at the entrance to the new terminal is as beautiful as ever too. Although I worry slightly for your sanity as I know just how long that car park must have taken...
Can't wait for level 3 and the _Big_ _Boys_ to start flying.
Glad you appreciate the detailing, thanks. Yeah, I think I got a little overboard with that parking lot. Lol. Well, level 3 is just the cargo terminal, and the large aircraft stand, maybe a satellite concourse (if it will fit). Cargo terminal will be on tile no.9, which will soon be unlocked on the next episode.
I hate and love these, they give me the motivation to try but I hate them because I know I am just unable to do it because of lack of dedication
I had those days too. More often than you think. Sometimes I have to do it bit by bit.

Thanks, Jessica. That's just the normal surface color which turns green when dry and brown when submerged to water. And is different from the sandy texture, usually seen on tropical maps, which never turns green even when dry.

Thanks you so much. I took inspiration from Abu Dhabi International Airport, the old terminal for the Level 1 and the new terminal for level 2.

Why are you using the asymmetric road on the above road at the terminal? (it's one way at the terminal, so I'm not sure why you have a single lane heading the wrong way) Unless I'm missing something because I feel like I'm missing something.
Good question. Asymmetric road (and the industrial road) does not narrow when elevated, unlike the regular two-way and one-way roads, which looks off when you elevate them. It's only for aesthetics, that opposite single lane will not be used anyway.

@@RickyKingPlays I’ll have to see if I want to change the two-lane one-ways for my upper terminal access roads to industry or asymmetrical roads… 🤔
I may do the industry road for my first airport to give it an older look. My newer one will probably use the asymmetrical road.
How do you avoid lag? Building airports makes my cities unplayable.
They fixed the lag in a recent patch
I'm not experiencing lag (for now). But maybe if you can free some memory space, like save other cities to usb drive.
@@GamingBren I believe they fixed those issues for PC, but still waiting for console patch.
