    A little about me:
    Sean Daniel is a man. A man of simple needs and desires. And the one desire, no, the one NEED, that stands above all is to spread the challenges, joy and intellectual stimulus of music to people of Earth and beyond.
    Born on the mean streets of upper middle class suburban Chicago, Sean learned the ways of the world through the dizzying heights of success to the lonesome depths of failure and emerged with the promise of a better tomorrow reflecting in his eyes and fiery passion in his belly.
    He plays and teaches guitar on his CZcams channel where he regularly releases original music and projects to the adulation of legions of fans, who often compare him to Chris Pratt and one time Ryan Reynolds. He’s currently in the market for a nice leather jacket.

    The most impressive feature of this guitar, as demonstrated by this video, is it's ability to amplify and expand Sean's upward inflection on sentence endings! I thought I had it pegged in the past...but now I'm now totally seesawing between the land of Sweden or the land of Los Angeles Valley area. Great unboxing portion btw.

    • @scottbecker3485
      @scottbecker3485 Před rokem

      Good questions. The Yamaha is pretty much a 1-trick pony by comparison, offering either piezo or „mic“ (which is a modeled sound), or some mix of both, plus reverb or chorus (not even reverb plus chorus, and no editing of parameters). Also, the Yamaha has no built-in speaker, so you need headphones or an amp for it, meaning more stuff for busking. That said, the Yamaha sounds great, but it‘s really not aiming at exactly the same user. For me, being able to take this guitar busking without any extra gear is very attractive. You can also chose to use an external mic instead of the supplied one, via cable jack. I think I‘d use my headset mic for better sound.

      I've got a Yamaha SLG200S and i love it. I mostly play it with headphones on. The effects options are limited on the guitar (the reverb is decent). I think it really shines when combined with multi-fx though. Adding some delay, reverb, chorus, tremolo, eq, and even wah takes it to a new level. I wasn't really impressed by this demo, but I think the initial presets are just bad. The one that Sean was playing seemed a bit too dry for my taste, at least. From what I have learned from other reviews, the tuner is pretty awful (unless they have fixed it in a firmware update since then). So better off to use a clip-on tuner like the PolyTune.

    what Enya and all theese „sponsored“ reviewers do not mention is, that you have to activate the guitar via a chinese suspicious link, otherwise it turns off after ten minutes. The sound is way to dull and the earphones are crap! And you canˋt modify the effects in the app. The manual is not in english but in hinese. So my 1000 bucks were a complete waste!😔

    I own this guitar and now regret buying it! Most of the reason is because there is two apps on the Apple App Store. One is English version, and the other is the Chinese version. Since I don’t speak Chinese I am stuck using the English version. Well the company only updates the Chinese version! It has been updated 14 times in the last 3 months, while the English version has been updated once! The English version only has the basic functions available, to where the Chinese version has all the bells and whistles! I regret doing business with a company that favors one customer base over the other! I was told when I bought this guitar it would have all the same functions available. It was not true! Even the basic adjustments (which is about all you can do), for the effects stink! If you try to turn up any of them very much it just gets all muffled sounding! And the volume only turns high enough to be usable if you turn the effects up! Good concept, but needs much improvement! And company just ignoring customers who don’t speak Chinese!
