OK... I have used this for years in a mock Lobster Newburg. It was from Lois Kemp with imitation lobster meat. It mixes the soup with cream, sherry, nutmeg, cayenne and imitation lobster, served over toast. It sounds ughhh... but it is good.

Now that sounds good. Tbh it’s been so long since I’ve even heard Lobster Newburg, I had to look it up.
Knowing now the flavor of this soup. I can see how that would work well!
