About the feeling of falling thing, when all your muscles relax simultaneously, it makes your body think that it's falling
ooohhh because ive had this feeling when im awake to very rarely like three times in my life
Happened to me before, I was trying to go to sleep but then thought I was falling and instantly woke up.
It is because of that your inner ears and cerebellum resets itself and you feel no gravity for a split second
Not feeling gravity is how falling feels.
For example, people think that they are going to fall when they are on a roller coaster's first drop and when they crest a hill because of that the riders can not experience the gravity as the train accelerates towards the ground faster than gravity pulls it. And you think that you are falling when you do not experience gravity
