Sin Tech: the harder, but more true safejump

PSA be careful of day 1 info. Even tech with the greatest of intentions can be wrong, such as this safejump. love y'all but double check your work!
AFAIK throw, micro dash, full IAD, delay/falling j.S functions better (though it is manually timed). Any other ideas?
