Book of Shadows Flip Through Tour

- This week I thought I would share a flip through tour of my current book of shadows/grimoire. This one is a 98 page leather journal I received as a gift and this April 2021 I finally sat down and started writing in. Now the book is almost full so I'll be moving on to another one and making a volume 2 soon.
Please remember while watching this that I'm an eclectic pagan witch so I draw inspiration for my path from many places. All the information in my book was collected over many years and is what works for me. I hope this video helps you find inspiration for your own book of shadows!

Great video! Just a suggestion to rock your vids even more...practice seeing the beauty of what you create. Your "mistakes or oppsies" are in your perception. You do gorgeous work, own it and it's messy bits and all!! 💕

Ahh I love book tours, thank you for sharing yours! I ended up with three books. One is my Grimoire, which has all of the "about xyz" kind of information. My Book Of Shadows is just the stuff I do in practice. So poems, ritual outlines, chants, spells, etc. And then I have a smaller traveler's journal that I use to record each magical experience.

A lot of people don’t like her for a few reasons like she presents opinions as facts which can confuse newbies, has history that is just wrong, and in her book for teens she flat out tells them to lie to their parents.
@@PrettyAliceNight thanks for answering! the first two do sound irritating indeed. generally I would agree we shouldn't be encouraging teens to lie to their parents, but there are some abusive and very controlling parents who probably should be lied too imo.

@@PrettyAliceNight I haven't finished the video yet, but I think they mean that it's more of a grimore (because of the amount of info)...though I would personally consider it a BoS considering it has collages and things that represent who you are
@@natsbones ok I can see that. I consider it a BOs because although it does have some standard info it also has more personalized info and the personal touches like you mentioned.
