I was in Sendai and Matsushima a couple of months ago for a day trip. Lots of delicious stuff there, but my favorites were the oyster set meal at the Matsushima fish market and that beef tongue set.
May I ask a favor? Would you be able to tell us English speakers if a location has an english menu? I realize it's Japan, but there's no way i could learn the language speaking or reading. I'd love to visit some of these non-commercial restaurants when i go. Thank you!
