Hi.We have many types of rojak in Malaysia. In this video, it is called Rojak Buah or Rojak petis. To clarify, we don't stir fry this rojak. It's just a plate of few types of fruits mixed with the special sauce. 😊 occasionally, some stalls might add other veggies or elements as well.

Rujak is one of the oldest dishes and earliest food identified historically in Old Java. The word rujak comes from the Javanese language, absorbed from the Old Javanese rurujak as in the ancient Javanese Taji Inscription (901 AD) from the era of the Mataram Kingdom in Central Java.
I think you can offer them more of really Malaysian top favourites like rendang, mee goreng mamak, instead of fruit rojak, you could have give the kuih pasembur, and cendol too. All this can't really be heard in other countries,, it's unique taste as their names. We are proud malaysians.

Rojak is not Stir Fried Fruit... it just a fruits coated with sauce/gravy. Similar to fruits salad.
