잠실에 맛있다는 스콘집 죄다 먹어봐도 다 맛이 없어서
그나마 스콘맛이 괜찮은 가까운 빵집하나 뚫었는데..
거기 스콘은 크기가 여기 반도 안되는데 가격은 한개에 4500원 ㅠㅠ

isnt this closer to cookies than scones? i thought scones batter are more liquid with butter in it
do they not use butter in their scones? sones typically gas butter in them so im just wondering gow they work without it? especially when prices of butter are sky high 😭
they use fresh cream instead. same ratio as the flour.
