I generally enjoy the interviewer's shows, but I'm a bit disappointed by the manner in which he handled this interview. He took things personal, failed to listen/ allow the interviewee to answer, it's more like the agenda was to discredit the man.
This journalist is not fully qualified.. He just wanted to embarrass hlaudi.. Hlaudi is not fluent in English, the guy must give him a chance to express himself. Hlaudi is a practical man.. This is what many south african black people face in private sectors where they think when you speak English fluently you know the job and can lead.. Very very wrong
Remember this, folks. You can laugh at Hlaudi but he occupied a very powerful position for a very long time. The question you should all ask is, why and how. Why is he the fall-man? If a man can lead others and you think he is a fool, take a look at those he was leading.

Accountability and transparency has nothing to do with the kind of culture, people, number in a country. Do you want to tell me that democracy it only works in mono-culture? How did you just reach such a conclusion? You first told us that politics is inherently a system where one makes empty promises. Then you contradict yourself with pointing out Rwanda. Any political sytem can work anywhere in the world, be it mornachy, Democracy, dictatorship, capitalism, socialism, social-democracy. Multi-culturalism does not encouraging corruption of politicians, does not encourage complaicent and docile voters. Does not encourage or make people to be political ignorant and political illiterate, be bribed for votes and then be dumbed by politicians. The problem begins with, who defines freedom for you, is it a political party, media, or both, or is it you yourself. So you cannot argue that multi-cultures are inherently corrupt when mono-cultures are inherently corrupt-free. It all boils to what kind of voters does a country have, are the majority of voters critical thinkers, think for themselves rather than rely on a political party or the media? What does the voters envisage for the future of the country, are they aware that they are calling the shots? Do they know that they themselves, not the politicians, the corporate, they can determine the success of this country?
I thought Eusebius will ask who are the councillors Hlaudi is talking about and from which parties do they come from, but Eusebius just missed it. It would've been interesting to know.
