Kayaking Piney Run Lake & Macadamia Crusted Chicken of the Woods

After spending the day kayaking Piney Run lake I found a nice Chicken of the woods mushroom and made Macadamia nut crusted COW. Chicken of the woods or COW gets its name from its unique taste and texture and as you can guess those are both very much like yard bird aka chicken.
