    An important note that burnout is often chronic and requires months of recovery. In this video I was at a point of burnout while not being able to fully stop working so some of the strategies here provide a useful bandaid but will not be enough to address the longer term issues. Hence what I’m talking about at the end of the video

    Your videos are motivation to me. I don't always have time to watch them right away. I am in my fourth year of PhD and have been facing a lot of burnouts lately, and recently office politics and issues between my supervisor and my other collaborating author has driven me to sort of shut down completely these past couple of days. Thank you for your video❣

      Thanks for your message! I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been dealing with burnout ! It’s really tough and there is no quick fix for it but some of the strategies in this video help me to get through difficult times before I can properly address the burnout

    Thanks for this vedio! It Describes exactly what i feel. I should submit a paper to a conference in the next couple of days. But I suddenly STOPPED doing anything. I feel so bad. I decided to skip this submission. Mental health is more important. I guess I’ll take a deep shower and re-organise my drawers and closet instead 😂😢
