Dad threatens to shave kid’s hair

My younger brother was disobedient and had an awful meltdown before this video, so my dad wanted to make him feel like he was actually getting all his hair shaved off as a punishment

When is it ever okay to do this to your child this is just plain wrong this Dad needs to be locked up for child abuse and the mom because she is backing the dad up this is no way to treat a kid especially a kid who's probably like 5 years old
