The ink it comes with it is not for sublimation. I Converted this printer by adding sublimation ink instead of the regular ink. This way it's cheaper to sublimate. Sublimation printer are a bit more.
I would recommend it because it prints very well and it prints 13 x 19. I had to replaced the ink pad after adding the ink because it was smearing ink after my 5th print. When I replaced it the problem was solved. It might not happen to you but just a heads up. Also if it smears ink and the ink pad looks OK just do a head cleaning and it should he ok. I had not had a problem after that. I've had for 5 months and printed lots. Also don't do a firmware update I've heard it doesn't need it. Good luck.
Yes this are the original bottles I ordered. When you order make sure it has this special cap. Otherwise you will have to use a syringe and it can be messy.

my bottles don't have those caps. did you use the caps from the original bottles?
