    Eagle Lights sent me out their new Vent Insert HALOS LED Running Lights and Turn Signals for Harley Davidson Road Glide Motorcycles. I unbox and install. They match the HALO look that all my other lights have. These were a bit harder to install than what the instructions say. So please watch the video to find out if these are for you or not.

    That's exactly what potential buyers of this product will want to see, a good honest review, including installation challenges and fitment concerns. The lights do look good, but it appears Eagle Lights either didn't do their homework to address those issues, or they probably assumed that once people drill holes into their bikes, to mount this product, then it's too late to "undrill" those holes, so most would probably just keep the lights on the bike, reducing the risk of product returns from dissatisfied customers. I don't own a Harley, but if I did, I probably would avoid this product. Again, a nice honest review, Roy 😁👍

      Thanks Wayne. I try to be honest with my reviews, so people know the good and the bad. I will probably change these lights back out later down the road. Thanks for watching and stay warm over there on the other side of New York. 👍

    Really love the lights but not thrilled about drilling holes. Idk what other options there are for vent installs but good video on the installation. Definitely gonna save some people some frustration.

      @bradkopczyk9049 Thank you. I ended up taking them off. I didn't like how they mounted and stuck out. 😞 I ended up replacing with new headlight side panels and a vent screen off Amazon. 🤣 czcams.com/video/1nLDkgJ8TI8/video.html and czcams.com/video/t3GUmGWCU4k/video.html Thanks for stopping by and watching 👍

    I’m going to check them out because they’re made in America, Connecticut from what I see.

    So I bought the version of these lights from Amazon for 45 bucks. The printed instructions were exactly the same. The source company was obviously the same. I can tell you that these do exactly what you want. I can tell people see me coming and see my turn signals. I highly recommend these, but only at the the Amazon price. The instructions I received fully explained that you need to leave the units loose, install the fairing, then bolt the new lights in place. Yes, these are exactly worth what you pay at Amazon.

      @RoysMotoVentures  Před 3 měsíci

      Yeah they are bright so people should see you coming. And I did notice that there were a few different sellers on Amazon that had the same lights, that's where I found out that fairing goes on first then screw the lights in place. Lol. Thanks for watching and stay safe out there 👍

    Good job getting them installed!! I like them they look good brother but your right about having to remove them everytime you remove the fairing!! Good luck have fun!!

    • @RoysMotoVentures
      @RoysMotoVentures  Před 7 měsíci

      Yeah, I like the looks of them, but don't like how they mount and how they stick out past the headlight, they are not flush. Don't know, I may change them out. Thanks for watching 👍

      Haha. I have a few more lights to add, if I want to lite up like my brother's Goldwing. Close though. Lol. Thanks for watching 👍

    I just got these in the mail today!! Thank you for a great video. Ive been searching for one. I bought the lower fairing lights and visor lights too. Do you have a video of those? Should I do them all at the same time?

    • @RoysMotoVentures
      @RoysMotoVentures  Před 7 měsíci +1

      I don't have a video on those other lights yet. I think they have a install video for those on the website with the pictures. I would do them all at same time, so while you have the fairing off. For the lower fairing light, you need to run the wires up through fairing and plug into your turn signal plugs. Thanks for watching. Good luck 👍

    That would be a pain in the arse to unscrew them every time you needed to take off the fairing.

    • @RoysMotoVentures
      @RoysMotoVentures  Před 7 měsíci +1

      Yeah, I will probably be changing those out down the line. Thanks for watching Nore and stay safe out there 👍

    Why wouldn't you leave the lights a little loose. When you take the cowel off listen the lights and take off?

    • @RoysMotoVentures
      @RoysMotoVentures  Před 2 měsíci

      It just wasn't a good mounting system in my opinion. I also didn't like how they stuck out past the headlight. Thanks for stopping by and watching. Stay safe out there 👍
