There are times in scripture when multiple people repent. Nineveh at the preaching of Jonah, for example. When Peter preached the first post-Pentecost sermon, the response of those who were cut to the heart, "BROTHERS, WHAT SHALL WE DO?" About 3,000 were added to their number that day. There are definitely others. These are just a couple off the top of my head.
