its still bad even if well done because the portuguese and italian teams will have less slots than the spanish teams (4 garanteed spanish teams and only 1 portuguese and italian top team each and the other 2 are from qualifiers), which is still alot less then they have now and it will destroy the possibility for maybe portuguese and italian players.
