No shit Mike , back in the day we black men use to mess with branch by telling him you had to have black DNA , to get super muscular , .... On the day of competition Branch shut alot of us black bodybuilders the FUCK UP .

5' 7" which seems very short but is the same height as Nick Walker if I'm not mistaken. By the way, I believe Jay Cutler is only 5' 9" so not that much taller.

I had the honour to meet Branch on one of his visits in South Africa. I spent 2 hours with him in a gym, just talking while photo's were taken. My opinion: He is one of the most down to earth and honest people I have ever met. I true warrior and gentleman. My utmost respect to this champion

In the times I have observed Branch's videos I can relate to his work ethic because it's old school no bs hard core training. I feel like the best though talk more about their visualisation, how they could paint a picture in their mind and work like an artist to sculpt each detail in their training. The strain gets you gains but the brain gets you fame.

What a moment Jay Cutler won Mr Olympia 2009 but he told Branch Warren to stay on the stage with him by far Branch Warren’s best but he came back from a leg injury to defend the Arnold classic title and retained it damn warrior mindset
