  • Bukhara is Uzbekistan's Silk Road treasure. Assassin's Creed and Star Wars Tatooine in real life. The coolest place you never knew existed.
    ---
Join Alex The Vagabond and Marko Ayling, The Vagabrothers, as they explore the rich cultural history of this far flung travel destination. Once a crucial stop on the Silk Road, Bukhara is home to one of the oldest Jewish communities in the world, architecture that left Genghis Khan awestruck and so much more. Are you ready for an adventure? This travel guide will show you everything you need to know about Bukhara to make the most of your trip to Uzbekistan.

And they are extremely hospitable as are people from all over Central Asia. Anyone that visits will have a amazing experience especially the melons.

Great video. I went to Bukhara as a little boy in early 90's when we lived in Uzbekistan, hardly remember much but was a beautiful place with beautiful people. Loved the test of fruits. Hoping to visit the place again.

Bukhari was one of my ancestors, Bukhari was ethic Tajik (Persian ). Tajiks are the ancient population of great Khorasan. Tajiks are the only non tribal non nomadic people in Central Asia , we number 18 mil in Afghanistan , 14 m in Uzbekistan , 12 in Tajikistan n so on . Imam abu hanifa was also a Tajik (Persian ) from Kabul ! , Abu sina , rumi , Al khawarezmi and so many other Islamic scholars come from Tajik peoples
