I have the Panoramaxx 2.5 with the PAPR system and love it, but I made a mistake on the purchase and I thought for some reason it had the Crystal Lens (CLT)….. I still want to get the CLT version too and the Swiss Air respirator!!!

This is great, the way it should be. Getting parts for my 3M papr is archaic and convoluted compared to this. Pdf's, part numbers, distributor phonecalls etc.. I wonder if Id be able to fabricobble the 3M papr together with an Optrel helmet.. tough to swallow buying a whole new kit when I just need the hood. I guess this may not be great for sales though, I wouldn't blame you for not advising such attempts.

After you build your PAPR, you have the option to print a copy of your build and take it to your favorite distributor, where you'll see a significant reduction in cost. Often you can realize 20-30% discounts.

Been using optrel helmets for over a year now and hands down the best welding helmets. Light weight with a large viewing window makes for east welding

Haha! We've seen it done before but by doing so you void the NIOSH certification.
I love my original panoramaxx but I sure wouldn't mind an upgrade to the clt lense

Why is the air system alone nearly $1300? I've never seen a welder with one of these because most cant afford to drop 3k on something.
