Hello everyone, this time we will restore the U-30-5 type manufactured by Kubota, which has the world's No. 1 share in the mini backhoe. This machine has been running for 4300 hours, and there are oil leaks and defects, so we will maintain each part.

Здравствуйте, длина не сильно отличается от других гидроцилиндров, но толщина другая.
В цилиндр стрелы встроен амортизирующий механизм, ограничивающий поток масла во время неровностей и смягчающий удар.

イモネジの周り止めをポンチで打っています、ドリルで揉む事でイモネジにかかる周り止めの肉厚を薄くしている感じですね👍

作業場所周辺は身内の土地で、許可もとっているので苦情は無かったのですが...撮影時だけ養生外したりしているので実際はそういった配慮は必要です

修理に関してお聞きしたいです。
u-30-5のダイヤルを回してもエンジン回転数が上がらない不具合は何が原因か分かりますでしょうか？
まずはアクセルレバーを直接操作して、回転数が上がるか確認しましょう。
オペレーターシートを跳ね上げると点検口があるので、そこから噴射ポンプにアクセス出来ます。
アクセルを「直接操作しても回転数が上がらない場合」は、燃料系統やエンジンの不具合です。燃料ホースに詰まりが無いか、ウォーターセパレーターの口金からエアーを吸っていないか、燃料エレメントに詰まりは無いか、エンジンは正常か、吸気排気は正常か。
アクセルを「直接操作して回転数が上がる場合」は、電気系統のトラブルです。
アクセルワイヤーの固着は無いか、モーター点検、スイッチ点検、メインモニター点検などする必要があります。
操作パネルのステッカーが破れて雨水が進入すると、内部で短絡や断線が起こるので目視で点検します。
